The place was authentic and really cute and clean. Updated too with old world charm.

Good location close to historic center. Great size room (suite). Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Great tv options and channels as have access to Netflix and YouTube.

This visit absolutely exceeded our expectations! The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered in my extensive travels! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a large, comfortable room that was absolutely incredible. We had the best two nights of sleep of our trip at this hotel! The staff went out of their way to recommend sites to see as well as restaurants at which to eat. We had trouble with the safe and they immediately came up to assist us. They were attentive to all our needs and requests! I would absolutely stay here again!

The one recommendation I have is to make sure the safes are bolted down. They would be very easy to pick up and remove from the room and that made us slightly uncomfortable.

Architectural wise an interesting building, well located in the old part of the town.

The room was facing the backside of the hotel. There is a huge garden with terraces, but that belongs to a bar. Terrible noise until 2 am in the morning, even with closed windows.

The hotel was very well located and very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful, although they weren’t aware of the road closures which caused a bit of a detour when trying to find the parking location. Overall a very good stay.

Room was fabulous, bathroom amazing and a beautiful outdoor area, just a shame weather not great!

The hotel has the charm or a distinguished private residence which has been refurbished to a very high standard and very well maintained. The terrace is a perfect place for an early morning coffee as you see the sunrise. The staff were always on hand and went the extra mile to make sure that we felt at home, nothing was too much and always done with a smile and very pleasant disposition. We loved our bedroom which was huge and beautifully decorated.

If there was a small jiggle is that the parking is offsite albeit very close to the hotel when walking the distance of cerca 300 meters, one can easily live with this.

The location is excellent and it offers secure parking at a reasonable rate. The team are excellent and their English is good. The hotel is beautifully restored and the attention to detail is impressive. Situated in the old town it is the perfect place to begin your Câceres journey.

There is a lot of roadworks and building going on in Câceres, so the parking was difficult to find. The staff were ever so helpful with guiding us.

Our room was above a VERY noisy bar that was in an enclosed outdoor space so noise was loud until late.

Staff were extremely helpful, couldn’t have been kinder. Our room (302) was stunning, lovely bedroom, bathroom and an outside terrace.Another bonus was being so central and having secure parking nearby.
