Very good location, easy to find and park. After that just explore the old city which is right beside.

The rooms were large and very clean. Parking was convenient and discounted for hotel guests. The room had a small fridge. Shower was great.

Since it was fall, they had turned off the air conditioning in the hotel. However, it was warm outside and boiling hot in the rooms. The only answer we got from the front desk was to open the window. We could not control or adjust the room temperature which made sleeping a challenge. In a hotel of this quality, the heating system should never be an issue. This is the only thing preventing me from giving the hotel a higher score.

Just a very short walk to the plaza and historic center. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

You can enter the hotel from two sides. Our GPS took us to the back side and we rode the elevator up to reception. It was confusing to know where to park; when I inquired in advance about where to park the answer was something like “proceed to the parking” which was no help. Perhaps a language barrier. The parking garage is on the other side, we didn’t see it and parked on the street which was fine. So some better direction on where the garage is would be helpful.

Very large room with good bathroom facilities and large comfy bed.There is also a large sofa to relax on.Breakfast was excellent with an extremely large offer of dishes.There is an on-site impressive restaurant for dinner.It is located next to the old center of the city.

The parking is at a fee and needs to be pre-ordered, including the plate number. The entrance to the parking is a little before the hotel itself and not marked very well. It is easy to miss it, so it is worth asking before hand for the exact location

Gym needs more equipment, parking is not included in the lease

Front desk staff vey kind and helpful. also Housekeeping staff did an amazing job helping me with my laundry in less that 24 hours. Bed is very comfortable and with lots of pillows.

The room was large and spacious. And overall quite clean.

We did however have to wash the mugs before having tea. I brought my own travel tea pot so I did not need to use the one provided by the hotel.

Location, secure parking, comfortable bed and great aircon

Bit difficult to find in back street, but worth it.

Location was perfect and in walking distance to the historic center. Parking worked out well and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a room right above the restaurant and that can get noisy.

Good location for visiting the old town. Breakfast very good. Enjoyed the spa.

Dog allowed in room but not anywhere else in hotel. We had to eat outside on the terrace which wasn’t very nice. Not very pet friendly at all.

A very comfortable bed in a spacious room. Breakfast was good and dinner excellent with good service in spite of dealing with a very busy bar. The underground car parking with easy hotel access is a big plus. We will continue to support this hotel when we travel trough Spain

Great hotel, underground parking comfortable room and bed slap bang in the centre of town.

We've stayed in this hotel before. It's in a great location just 10 minutes walk to the old town. The facilities are excellent and breakfast and dinner were very good. Also good safe underground parking.

Location in old city was excellent Staff very helpful. Room large with all the facilities you would expect from 4*Recommend and would se this hotel again.

A very modern comfortable quiet hotel, close to the old town . Breakfast was good.

Our room was rather hot and heating was hard to control.

Friendly welcome at reception, great breakfast and very comfortable beds. We used the car park overnight as it was very handy for our loaded. Ar heading back to. Britain.

We were there on a Saturday night and the hotel was very busy with residents. As it was pouring with rain, we decided to eat in the hotel, but the small bar/bistro restaurant was fully booked (perhaps 10 tables). Room service was our next choice which was good and arrived on time. We realised in the morning that there was a very large restaurant serving breakfast for lots and lots of residents, but it hadn’t been open the night before. Perhaps closed for winter.
