We had a room on the 4th floor, which was actually an attic. The room had a very low ceiling, so we all hit our heads. The room had no windows, just a skylight. The air conditioner was bad. The overall feeling from this room was like being in a coffin.

Soho Boutique hotels generally ooze charm and comfort and this hotel is no exception. It is located on the Plaza Mayer, with all the sites of medieval Caceres just around the corner. The rooms are modernized, spick and span.

The directions on how to arrive - you must park your car on a nearby street or garage and walk the last few hundred meters. Its confusing.

I have no complaints about this rental. The room was very comfortable, clean and smartly decorated.. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The lcoation could not have been better.

This is not the hotel's fault, but do NOT rely on your GPS to find the hotel. It took us right intio the restricted, pedestrian-only city! A phone call to the hotel provided much needed assistance. Be sure to put the parking garage, not the hotel address into your GPS if driving.

Nice room in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice windows to open for fresh air.

Sliding glass door to the bathroom was not very soundproof while doing your private business. The twin beds slid away from the wall very easily while watching TV propped against the wall.

We loved the location. The hotel is set right on the Plaza Mayor & could not be more centrally located. The hotel is historic & comfortable & the Plaza is lined with restaurants & bars.

It would be good if the hotel ensured customers received clear instructions about where to park their cars. There is a public garage nearby, but with narrow roads & a one-way driving system, some guidance in advance would be useful.

Directly on plaza mayor. Storage for bicycles inside, in ‘closet’ at reception. Large comfy room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff helpful.

An interesting building with what appear to be historical features; would have liked a plaque/panel to explain (if that is the case). Ran out of hot water and couldn’t get the ac to work. Minor issues in a lovely hotel.

To start, my bed was comfortable and good shower. Excellent location.But I would like to see and compare my room 406 to rooms on the lower floors.

I was literally in the "attic" among the rafters of the roof. The beams came down to about 1.3 meters from the floor, including one right outside the shower stall. I did make the mistake of putting my backpack down by the chair and hit my head picking it up. Only did that once, thankfully. The biggest problem for me was both next door and directly across from me were service rooms and they were loading their carts early in the morning, waking me up both days. I don't think this room (perhaps others on the fourth floor??) should be used unless the hotel is full and then they should definitely not be same price.Third photo is all the carts in my hallway, my room is last on the left.

Everything was fantastic; Breakfast, Room, Bathroom and Check in. Right in The Old Town, the center of it all.

The room was unusually large and very well appointed. Blackout curtains very effective (our room faced east and with sunrise before 6 we very much appreciated that

Location, location, location, hospitality of the staff and a comfortable place for four people to relax with a bottle of wine. This is an excellent property locate on the Plaza Mayor.

The translucent bathroom door illuminates the sleeping area during a midnight visit. A subdued night light in the bathroom would work.

Wonderful location, although in the main center, room was quiet and peaceful. Wonderful and helpful staff who guided and helped us with some tour reservations.

We had a family room on 4th floor and the only view was through a window in the ceiling. Bathroom smelt of sewage during the first day, but they cleaned it thoroughly next day.

The Arch of the Star and the old city is just in front of the hotel door!Camilo's warm hello spark our happy feeling. Got the room keys in a minutes while having nice convo.Clean, good size room, firm mattress, very long comfy pillow. Good insulation so we barely heard loud music at Plaza Mayor in front of the hotel.It's good that we have coffee machine in the room because at 8.30-ish the cafe is still close.We will surely be back.

Great location right on main town square. Lots of restaurants and terraces near. Employees absolutely professional, charming and very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent for bars and restaurants but no cars allowed outside hotel. If you walk well it’s no problem.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
