Great location and staff was awesome

The shower was weird

Huge parking and a very good breakfast.

The rooms are big but in a 70's style. 200€ with no French or English TV doesn't match with the price you pay

Breakfast excellent, varied choices

Although the room was spacious and had a big bathroom ensuite with toiletries etc, the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Could do with being replaced.

Good breakfast, plenty of choice and everything wished for. Good toast. Machine coffee. Lots of fruit. Hotel location the best with great car parking for 15 euros.

We always carry our own coffee and cafetière. Hotel coffee is usually poor unless freshly made. Air conditioning is seasonal.

Location and proximity to the town ok for our one night “pit stop” whilst travelling north from Cadiz to Santander

The room was dated and the bathroom very tired

This is a great hotel located in the perfect position position to explore the lovely city of Caceres. We were just passing through but would love to visit again and would definitely choose the Exremadura, a classy 4 star Hotel l. We had an accessible room and would recommend this hotel for disabled guests.

All great. No tea / coffee making facility in the room but that didn't matter.

Breakfast was very good, varied offer, catering for every preference. Enlarged schedule was very nice.

The common areas could be more welcoming.

Note..if you have apple devices you need to ask reception to to join you to wifi. Spent some time as didn't know this.

I liked the garage even though you have to pay an extra $15. Staff was friendly and professional. The check in and check out were fast.Room was spacious.

I had requested a bed for a couple and they gave us a room with two separate beds.The breakfast had a lot of options but the quality of food was not good.The hotel is a mile away from the Plaza Mayor. It’s a ten minute walk.

Friendly staff and comfortable room (just too hot). Good breakfast.Also really appreciated the 2 EV charging points (Tesla / Type 2) in the underground garage. Charging was included in the parking. Note that I had to press the "reset" button on the charger to get it working.

On arrival, the room was extremely hot. I had to open the window and door to get some cool air in. It was still hot all night.

The hotel was very dated and expensive compared to other much better ones that we have stayed in - we chose it because of the secure parking but our room was large but very cold even with heating on and the bed was quite uncomfortable with thin sheets. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Location, staff, the size of the room. bathroom, nice big clean towels. A great value for money.

Very good size room. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Underground parking good. Location is a 20 minute walk to the old town downhill.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a bonus. No soundproofing. Could hear other people clearly in the corridor and when they flushed the toilet/had a shower.As we visited in winter local restaurants did not open until 8pm which was a bit late for us.

We stayed at Junior Suite and it was very good in size and everything.Breakfast was excellent and also the location of the Hotel.

Eventually a little more light in the room would be apreciated

What I did not like was the "over-zealous" description of the hotel increased my expectations. Also I don't like questions like "were the beds comfortable? The answer is that it would be a wrotten hotel if they weren't. Same with was it clean?Daft questions.I specifically request a quiet room. This request was totally ignored and my room was alongside the elevator and a coach tour group arrived on to the 2nd floor with me.

We have stayed there often over the years and it is a good reliable hotel. Good size rooms for disabled people. Nice staff. Convenient cafe restaurant on ground level.

Disabled bathroom needs a few tweaks.
