Eurosol Residence Hotel Apartamento

Location was great. Walk across the bridge outside hotel to town. Nice lit up area along the water in front. Good View from the rooftop bar. Big room. Hotel is a great center to use as a base to see the big tourist spots under 1 hour away.

Had a room next to the elevator. The rooftop bar had the speakers in the hallway on the 9th floor and were still loud on the 5th floor. Request to turn the speakers down was successful

Breakfast was very good.

Part of the elevator has glass and you can see parts of the elevator shaft and it should be cleaned occasionally.

That dogs are allowed

Ceeling on bathroom moldy or rusty , joints on bath area mouldy

Although it was an apartment with mini kitchen , it was not equipped with adequate kitchen items ; property was dated and bed uncomfortable (too hard).

The location was excellent with free parking. The extra space. The staff. The view was nice. It was quiet.

Air conditioning was not effective. The beds were uncomfortable; the mattresses hard and thin. Bathroom was fine. The kitchen was not supplied even with soap- although a card on the counter stated some items were available at request. The Internet was TERRIBLE. We constantly lost WiFi connection as though the hotel had a limited number of users - I constantly had to restart my laptop and list signal eventually having to increase my mobile phone plan to hotspot to my laptop. Not sure if the bar is part of this hotel, but, there drinks in the bar were expensive and very slow - more than 15 minutes to receive our order in the bar for 2 drinks.

Nicely appointed unit - very comfy and bright. We didn't use the kitchen (other than the glasses for water and wine) but seemed to have all you might need to cook your own meals (stovetop but no real oven - only microwave) - plates, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Hotel reception person was very friendly and informative as to where to park, places to walk to for lunch, etc - even gave us a map of the immediate downtown area with some restaurant suggestions circled. Unit was very quiet at night. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the 'buy one get one free' coupon we got at check-in. Many downtown restaurants are just a few minutes walk away over the river. The castle is about a 10-15 minute walk - and a good deal of uphill - easily done for those of normal health and ability. PRO TIP: I'd done my 'research' via Google Map satellite view and saw a 'fat spot' in the road directly in front of the hotel - presumably there to allow you to temporarily park while registering. Upon arrival that area was fenced off. The town was crawling with traffic and was stuffed full of already-parked cars. I happened to 'luck out' and find an on-street parking spot about 1/4 mile down the road from the hotel. But when you register you will learn that there is an underground parking garage on the same road as the hotel - just slightly NE of the hotel. This is where you will 'officially' park as a hotel guest (and free for hotel guests - they will validate the ticket you get upon entering so that you can exit for free) - the hotel elevator even goes directly down to this parking level. So when you arrive, just go directly to that underground lot and park there before you visit reception.

Good location, close to many sites including the castle. Good breakfast buffet.

Needed better instructions for parking. It is an on-site underground parking garage, difficult to find.

The lady at reception was so welcoming and helpful. After travelling all day it was great to be meet like that, made such a difference. The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but OK and again the gentleman serving was caring and attentive with our requests.

It is very good location, right in the Center of the City. Free indoor parking. Includes good enough breakfast. Beautiful view.

Hotel needs renovation

The apartment was decently furnished and comfortable. Excellent free and convenient parking. Very friendly and helpful service.

The TV was defective but they replaced it almost immediately when told about it. The building seems to be undergoing some upgrades and refurbishment.

Everything was great

The breakfast was reasonable, but missing cut fruits. The "salad fruit" was nit attractive.

The common areas should be better painted and renovated. The couches were dirty, and some of the panel walls were black or dirty.

Very large room, with equipped kitchen. Also large bathroom, with bathtub.

The locking system on the bedroom doors. From the outside, it is not possible to close them without making too much noise. There is also a lack of information in the rooms on how to control their temperature.

- Room was a good size with small galley kitchen- gymnasium was fully stocked with all kinds of feee weights and machines. - location is close to all amenities and across from bus station - staff were friendly and helpful - breakfast bar had lots of options and was nice.

- I stayed in 2 different rooms and the wifi connection was very slow. Video calls stuttering and watching videos online were constantly interrupted - beds were very firm but you may like that. Pillows were 5/10 .. adequate not too bad - lightbulbs in the bedroom table lamps were cool white and very bright. Turning on lamp in middle of the night was blinding. Much prefer warm lighting and being dimmable is an asset. No ceiling light so you’re stuck with the bedside lights. Easy fix. - no dish soap or sponge in both rooms I stayed in to wash dishes. Easy fix Overall my stay was good. These are just some small things. It met my expectations for the cost of the room.

The staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is great. You have a free parking inside garage which really is great, because you don't need to worry about car.

They don't have slippers or coats in the room and they offer a sauna, which doesn't make sense because you must bring your stuff to use it.

This hotel was a very nice surprise for us. While we were already expecting a larger room, this one was very well furnished and recently went thru renovation apparently. Staff was also very friendly at all times. While the breakfast is simple is is also very good and you can find everything you would want for a fresh start of your day.

Coffee quality was very low, maybe the machine needs a bit more cleaning too.

The location, very central and close to everything. The spacious apartment. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment could use an update, floor was not in the best conditions (some loose boards, that can cause accidents).The staff was not friendly. We heard the cleaning staff mumble insults to guest behind their back and the breakfast staff had a harsh attitude towards guests that would arrive after 10am (the breakfast was until 11am).The receptionist were all very nice, but the rest of the staff was rude.
