Lisotel - Hotel & Spa

The room size was good and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast mostly good.

Under construction for a bit. Bad design for the taps, hard to manage the shower one. Some of the staff attitude was not welcoming. Corridor noises echoed to room. At the Breakfast no fresh vegetables were served.

Dinner was fine. Outside territory was good.

The bathroom was bad. No doors to the bathroom, glass door in the shower, so you are taking shower as if you are in the corridor. The refrigerator is in the bathroom, which is ridiculous. The closet is also in the bathroom, which makes your clothes damp and smell bad. When you take a shower, water goes benith the door and makes a lake on the floor. The garbage disposal in the toilet is rusty totally and should be at the garbage pit, not in the 4 stars hotel. The phone in the room didn't work and nobody got a chance to fix it even after my request. Not comfortable halls, no place to sit, no zones for relaxing or being alone. Didn't like this hotel at all. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Doesn't worth the money I payed.

I like that snooker is free and we can stay to play as long as we want it. I liked the private and intimate atmosphere in the hotel.

When I make a booking,I don't get my attention for one little thing.It was a payment of the use of the pool. The sauna was cold (but I don't ask personally how it works...it may be my fault, I was waiting that the hours we pay apart it needs to be ready (hot)..But, ok.

Not much very disappointed

Bedroom is not worth the money. Bathroom was dirty. Shower didn't work. No space on sink toilet was bad install and tiny.Matress was extremely bad no flat all to the center. One massage with Jasmin very good the other a disaster

Loved the staff, the room and the breakfast

We didn’t like that they allowed children in the spa since it’s supposed to be a place to relax and there was a lot of noise

Great room, with lots of space and a confy bed. It also had a pretty nice living room where some one could work without disturbing the main room

The shower experience was lackluster. We couldn't regulate the water temperature, lack pressure and despite being a bathtub, there was no way to fill it with water

Comfortable room.Very nice staff.Good temperature of the room when we arrived.Couldn't hear people in adjacent rooms.

Would be good to have some things in the room like coffee, tea, and an electric kettle.Also think it might be a bit too expensive since the location isn't that special.

The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The spa is excellent! Gym is very good as well.

One cannot charge €85 for a bottle of Ruinart champagne and then also charge €85 for a bottle of Murganheira Brut - as much as I love Portuguese wines, the Murganheira is a €12 supermarket espumante - delicious but surely the hotel does not need such a crazy mark-up?

Spa Bath, comfortable bed, clean room and clean white bedding.

Picture above the bed is gross. You can see the black heads on the man’s nose.

We liked the spa area mainly the pool and the jacuzzi. The food was amazing dinner and breakfast. And the staff the recepcionist and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly and cared about our journey

There was a flaw in the spa were we needed someone to help us with the sauna and turkish bath and there wasnt anyone there. And the bath in our room didnt work the hidromassage and that was a reason why we choosed that room.

Easy to find, free parking, swimming pool, good breakfast.

Property is clean. But not worth the price at all. Rooms are okay. Tap in the bathroom is a mess and leaks water everywhere. The sofa bed is the most uncomfortable bed ever slept in. All in all, this isn’t a 4 stars hotel, it’s a 3 stars max at the price of a 4 stars. Wouldn’t go back again.

In the spa most services don’t work such as the steam bath, some showers in the pool either. Sauna is tiny tiny, it only fits two people max. Pool isn’t hot enough. Just warm water.

The rooms are good. The building at all as well. didn't like the location, right near the highway. Still the noise didn't bother. Breakfast is ok from one side, from another there was not even a single veggie. Whether fresh or cooked. The only one thing i enjoyed was SPA. Extra payment 12eur for person. I visited in the morning, when there was almost no people. It was great experience. So in general was ok, but I'd not repeat it

The Hotel is deceptively good, the rooms are spacious and stylish, and the outdoor pool with swim up bar is a very nice place to relax. The restaurant is very good and represents really good value.
