Good breakfast buffet and room was fairly clean

Pool is indoor only which was not specified, and they require you to purchase a swim cap to enter.

The friendly and silent environment, everything is proudly clean, amazing and fresh breakfast, activities like tennis, swimming and spa.

Very clean hotel, romms after refreshing, comfortable beds, undeground parking, 15 minutes to the beach by car.

No vegetables for breakfast.

Location, ease of parking, friendly staff and the rooms/hotel is now refurbished.

No outdoor pool, the mattresses are quite hard (this is usual for Portugal hotels) the buffet breakfast staff were accommodating for gluten/dairy free but only provided sliced bread and soya/oat milk - no alternative cereal or other breakfast items.

The rooms were spacious, bathrooms updated, property was clean and reasonably priced. Tennis court was a plus.

Parkings (3 of the !) free of chargé, they accept all our asks

The coffee capuccino was not capuccino and they not fixed it

Staff and location super cool!

Everything is cool except for the pool (crowded, not enough chairs to sit and no previous warning for a hair cap), the sauna was OK but the turkish bath was not well cleaned and had old eucalyptus leaves!

A great hotel with many options and a fantastically large indoor pool for serious swimming. Also the tennis, fitness center, and gym are great options to stay fit. The buffet was great and the staff fast and friendly. The underground garage made parking easy, save and ensured a cold car.

The best days of this great hotel are lying in the past. It needs paint and fixing up. Everywhere you look you will find things to beauty up. Furthermore, it is not very close to the cost and in a very small and boring village. Nevertheless, a great base for day trips!

Breakfast was good, the pool was really good, the decoration of the room was nice, there was a garage to park the car with plenty of space.

You could hear the noise between rooms, there was an unfortunate situation, a group of spanish teenagers were on a school trip and they made lots of noite until 2am. The staff was trying to tell them off, but it really did not work. We were with small children and it was not pleasant. They did not offer anything as compensation which I think was unfortunate.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. The pool and sauna are nice although sometimes the pool is a bit crowded. Breakfast was good, had a nice variety and good quality. The stay was very nice and we were able to relax.

The only bad thing is that you can hear some noise from the other rooms. I could hear whenever someone was taking a shower or flushing.
