Access to the park, all inclusive buffet, night shows

Lack of water in the rooms every day. Only all inclusive have right to water which is an essential drink specially for children in the night bar. Do not agree with this for the amount of money we pay.

The food in the restaurant was pretty good.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable. The elevator wasn’t working. It’s on the beach but the beach wasn’t very nice. Only a few dining options in the area

The best part about this place was the view from our room — it opened right onto the ocean. Absolutely stunning!

We didn’t really like that the extra services, which you’d expect to be included in a spa hotel, actually came with additional charges. For example, the spa itself wasn’t included in the stay — and that was disappointing.Unfortunately, the smell in our room was quite unpleasant, which really affected the experience.Breakfast was just okay — a big selection, but nothing particularly tasty or memorable.

* I stayed in January. Heating was working fine, and regulated, it was never too cold. I also didn’t hear noise. And kept windows closed during the night.* “Side view” room was looking at the aqua park. There’s no way to catch the sea view from the room. you need to go out on the balcony instead* Breakfast was fine, it was better on Saturday than on Monday. Both limited fruits, and continental (eggs, potato) options available. And also better in the first hour than in the last :) * It was right by the seaside. It was nice to have a few walks there. Not sure if the beach is good during summer.

* Swimming pool was not working, even though website stated it will be open by that date. I didn’t want to spend even more time search other options, so stayed here. if I knew it from the beginning, I probably won’t stay here.* There’s no transport to the airport from the city. And there’s 0 Uber/taxi coverage as well. My friend left earlier to leave the car we rented, and I had really hard time getting out of this town to the nearby bigger city. No marked bus stops, no timetables, not relevant Google search. * There were a few not occupied parking places outside in January, when there’s no people around. But can’t imagine where people put their cars in the summer.

great location / great choices at breakfast buffett / super friendly reception / great bright room with lots of space, tea, coffee and big tv / save parking spots underneath the hotel / great walks can be done around the area, along the beach of course and to all the countless restaurants in town

The hotel is super well located and nicely decorated. The Christmas decorations were outstanding. Staff is super nice and welcoming. The spa facilities are excellent. The staff at the Spa are incredibly helpful, professional, and competent. I thoroughly recommend it.

The AC system in the room was to loud, me and my partner arrived late and we just wanted to sleep so we went right up to room 203. The room was supper cold and we turned the AC on. Was impossible to keep it on and sleep at the same time :|

Staff is professional and helpful, big focus on clients to be happy with the stay. Heated pool is perfect temperature and spa services are very good.

The room was fantastic, the hotel services and amenities were very good the only exception was the extremely hot swimming pool, we found the temperature way to high and uncomfortable. The sea was rather cold and rough but the water park pools made up for that and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

The hot water pool was uncomfortably hot.

Clean room, right at the beach, average breakfast. Family suite room is very nice and has alot of room. Overall nice hotel!

We had a very unpleasant and loud weekend. Our suite was above a giant group that was checked in Friday night. The doors slammed all night. We tried to speak to the manager but there was no responsible person available till our checkout. Staff could not care less.

The Buffet breakfast and dinner. We wish we hadn't booked it. A lot of cold food and to be honest not up to restaurant standards, you even had to pay for water and the big coach party that was staying made it really busy

The heated pool.The location right in the beach front with great view (even on the side apartments).We bought the sauna and showers extra package.We bought an extra couples massage at the SPA.

Great location on sea front. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. Great restaurant too.

great location. we have been in this hotel several times

stuff was not trained to provide any relevant info, spa was unable to explane services, they just sent everything via email. in the room there was no cold water, only hot, so they advised us to use another room to take shower, after my husband complained, they changed our room. but there were single beds instead the one we ordered. they promised to take care about it and never did. in the breakfast I found spoiled food and adviced girl, however she just disappeared without taking it out from the table . this last experience in this hotel was pure horror . never again. We have been guests for several years, but now no one seems to be care anymore about quality of the service! it’s not 4 stars for sure.

The service was amazing, people are kind and friendly. I liked the decoration of the hotel.

I hung the towels every day, and they changed all of them anyway. No need...

The location was at the beach! Very nice and happy staff.

This is an old property that has been modernized. The age is showing in some areas like mold growth in the shower seams.

The unexpected watherbottles and the cake, the closets were invisible for us, hidden in the mirrors, there was a fridge running to keep wather cold, The parking garage, The swimming pool was also nice. The breackfast is very goodThere is also, direct acros the street, a good and affordable lounge/restaurant
