Marinha Garden Inn really impressed me: the check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I also loved the common areas especially the lounge and terrace, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and enjoyable.

The lack of elevator, but again I was able to acheive my 6000 steps a day very easily so I guess it’s a win win situation.

After booking short notice due to an emergency I was forced to transfer money for the room immediately or risked losing the booking. This was not normal, as on booking it said "pay during stay". It was dealt in a pushy way over Whatsapp. As I was desperate I had to comply, despite not having all needed information and being in the middle of an emergency with very little signal on my phone. The room was clean but very hot, we had to keep the window open and deal with mosquitoes and traffic noise as the aircon was on a hot setting, and no remote in the room and no staff. We were not provided with a wifi password, there was none in the room, so I had to WhatsApp staff, who took 12 hrs to reply. I understand it was a short notice booking with a check in around 9pm but if the hotel is not equipped to deal with these situations they should either not accept the booking or make it clear to customers upon booking. Do not recommend, unfortunately, and for the overall experience definitely overpriced.

the interiors are very modern and seemengly recently renovated.the top floor is a nice place to relax, where you have a nice balcony to chill or a comfy sofa with a huge TV to wind down, and there's even a smalll gym to burn some cals.the room is very spaceous and the beds very comfortable. couldn't hear a sound from other guests.lots of parking space available on the other side of the street.close by to the park, museu do vidro and city centre in general.the staff was very friendly.checkin can be speeded up by providing the info up front through their portal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming small hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way, offering exceptional value for money.From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I had remotely checked in through a link they sent via email, which allowed me to complete my details remotely. Upon arrival, the receptionist swiftly verified my identity and provided me with my room key, as well as the main entrance and WIFI entry codes. I spent about 2 minutes there.The amenities at this hotel are outstanding. The common room is a delightful space, featuring a snooker table and a world-class entertainment system. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the open-air terrace is cosy and inviting, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. For those who like to stay active, the gym is adequately equipped, ensuring you can maintain your fitness routine during your stay.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. To be fair to them, there was very little difference between the breakfast here and those served in more expensive hotels. It had everything needed to fill a hungry stomach and start the day right. The variety offered was impressive, and I must give special mention to their coffee machine, which provided numerous varieties to choose from, catering to all tastes.The room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day.Despite having read some negative reviews prior to my reservation, my personal experience was entirely positive. I found those reviews to be rather misleading and unappreciative of the efforts the hotel staff have clearly put in to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. Hopefully, my fair review will help someone get a true impression.I love the full size mirrors in the rooms, it will be nice if they can replicate such in their gym.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The friendliness of the staff. The location was awesome, having 2 parks right nearby, the noise isolation was prime even with a concert on one of the parks. The shared bonus living room with pool table, TV and hang out place is also a great bonus.

Price was too high for the services being provided. No regular room cleaning. Breakfast needs attention.

This is a value for money accommodation, very clean, wonderful staff I think it's a family business and all members were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good on the first morning we were there but on day two and three, there was less choice so that's why I chose to not give the hotel 10 stars. The parking was super easy and the hotel is handy to many restaurants, fast food outlets and a supermarket. We would recommend Residencia Paris to anyone looking for good value nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. Thanks to the family, we had a wonderful time with great memories forever.

Lack of choice of breakfast after day one.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room wad okay, not perfect but passable. The beds were comfy, the WiFi was good and the television worked very well.

The bathroom was not very good. The toilet didn't flush, so that was a bummer. But the lady behind the info desk was very kind and said it would be fixed as soon as possible.
