Pros +
- I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport for a 19 hour layover. The Library restaurant was amazing, including the staff. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was an extra charge, but was really good.
- Quiet location and easy drive to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Meets all criteria.
- Clean and spacious. Great tv and comfortable bed.
Cons -
- The room was really hot, even with the window opened. I could not find any temperature controls. The bed only had 2 pillows, 1 per person. Both were very thin and flat. The water pressure and temperature of the shower could be better.
- The hotel refused to honor the reservation creating mass confusion for me and my family. The room was to be guarenteed. Once we arrived late at night, we were told they could not honor the reservation and we needed to find alternate room.
- The bar/restaurant service was non existent. After 15 min. waiting for service I went to the bar and asked if I was supposed to place my order at the bar, I was told no that a waitress would come and take my order. I left 15 min later still waiting.

Clean and spacious. Great tv and comfortable bed.
There¿s an American restaurant across the street that serves my favorite meal fish and chips because fishes are local.
Location, nice rooms, good breakfast
The lobby area, bar and restaurant were comfortable and nicely decorated.

The location to the airport
The water pressure in the shower was not good
The breakfast smorgasbord!
No way to control the temperature in the room.
Close proximity to where I needed to be.
Maximillian, Nadia, & Astrid were AMAZING!
excellent location next to the airport, providing a soft landing in Iceland, everything you need is right next to hotel. Hours are adaptive to departures/ landing, the staff was amazing

There is nothing i did not like.
We had a wonderful stay, much better than we ever expected. The restaurant and bar were terrific. The best fish and chips in all of Scotland, England, and Iceland. Countries we visited in our month abroad. And we had our share of fish and chips during that time. The young woman behind the desk was very helpful and wonderful. A real asset to the hotel. I would recommend to friends to stay here rather than Reykjavik if they plan to visit the Blue Lagoon, South Coast, or Golden Circle. Keflavik is a real Icelandic town. Very clean and authentic.
Honestly, can't think of anything, except Iceland is expensive in general.
Close to airport, pleasant dinner. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.
A very nice hotel , 10 minutes drive from the airport.A big room , good facilities.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The airport is about 10-15 minutes away. The hotel is in a perfect location in Keflavik. I had most of the day to explore and walked through the town. I would stay here again if I had another overnight layover or to come back for the Night of Lights festival. There is also a bar/bistro at the hotel that had friendly staff and delicious food.
This hotel in the middle of the small village of Keflavik exceeded my hopes. The staff were friendly and very helpful as I needed assistance with my bags. The Library bistro gave me a dinner of fish and chips that was absolutely delicious! They offered information about a nearby supermarket if wanted. The breakfast the next morning featured both hot and cold items, fresh baked bread and pastries, skyr, fruit, cold cuts, cereal, juices and coffee. Again generous and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for passengers spending the night in Keflavik prior to flying out of Iceland.
Taxies are expensive, 40$ plus each way but no alternatives other than taking a shuttle bus into Reykjavik.
Large Room. Breakfast, Excellent choice (self service)
Bathroom needed a couple of hook to hang clothes.
The room is super clean and big. Immaculate condition Fantastic food and drinks in the Library bistro bar! Pleasant staff at this hotel
