Breakfast

Located about 15-minute walk from the city center (but has free parking).

Room was good.

While reception staff was really attentive, i received incorrect or incomplete information on bus service and had to be helped along by a friendly fellow bus passenger.

Proximity to airport

Worse management and front desk staff. Though we made clear that we are a family of three as we arrived, we were told on our second day, that everything is ok. As we checked out, we had to pay 27 euros for a 9 year old child per night for breakfast.

I had to stay in two hotels near the airport. This one was so much nicer! I wish we could have had a second night there instead of having to go to Guesthouse Alex which is a really gross place. We got a room with a full bath and it was really nice.

Its a little hard to find.

Excessive price for level of accommodation. Shower head slid down rod and rotated making showering difficult.

The location is not within walking distance of very many things, but the bus stop is close!

This was a serviceable hotel, and was perfect for our late arrival to Keflavík. We got the first lot for the blue lagoon, which was super convenient from here. This place is basic, clean, and friendly

When we first arrived, there was nobody there to greet us. We called and there was no answer. I went upstairs and found someone to help. They were setting up for breakfast.. It wasn’t something that we really disliked but it was a little inconvenient.

breakfast at 4 am so we could have breakfast before we drove to the airport. it was a big room, with bathroom in it , and it was very close to the airport, less than 10 minutes by car to the place where we had to return our rented car. the breakfast place was close to our room, and in the evening we could use it, and drink thea, and play cards.

Great location, close to the airport. Good breakfast spread. Spacious, comfortable and clean room.

Close to the airport for an early flight.

Nothing regarding the facility, roommates were up and down, in and out, on and off the phone and using flash lights to look around the room all night.

Friendliness of staff, availability of rooms, 24/7 snack bar

Iceland is expensive, so this accommodation was good value in light of that. Very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, safe, clean, comfortable, close to airport and bus 55 easy access to and from airport, having kitchen access is very good benefit, communal spaces to comfortably “hangout.”

The hotel was overbooked. We were sent to a nearby hotel which was very nice.
