Hotel Keflavik by Reykjavik Keflavik Airport

the restaurant was very good

there is no room to leave your luggage before check in, just put them out in the lobby. Our room had burnt out lightbulbs, the TV didn't work and no one came to fix it, the rooms are very small for the amount of money paid and for a 4 star hotel.

welcoming staff, very modern and clean. beautiful design. great breakfast. very convenient, close to airport, helped us guven our late night arrival.

The decor/design is excellent and I like all the lounge spaces. Breakfast was also the best of any hotel we stayed at in Iceland

Outlet locations in our room were not the best in that only one side had an outlet next to the reading lamp.

They booked us in to the room. As I am in the bathroom someone else opens the door to the room, it was frightening!!! They had booked someone else into the room. Turns out they put us in the wrong room!! When we moved into our room 3 lights didn?t work.

Everything was excellent for the most part. My wife wanted a pillow that was not so firm and a blanket that was not so thick. The staff looked snd found tgrm immediately. They were very attentive.

My wife and I are seniors. We like the room to be a tad warmer than usual. We could not adjust the temperature as it was pre-set. It would've been more comfortable had we were able to set the temperature ourselves. Again, great job overall.

The front desk staff was fantastic! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Either the thermostat didn't work or we just couldn't figure it out.

This hotel was elegant and spacious. Loved our room and the delicious buffet breakfast.

Easy to park, check in a d get to our room quickly. We had a wonderful birthday celebration dinner while we were there, they took great care of us.

Nice Location, good parking and attractive lobby and hallways.

The rooms have no air conditioning or ventilation. We slept with the window one and the provided electrical fan on all night. Very stuffy in the room.

Family room was nice and clean.

The breakfast was mediocre (by Iceland standards) and was extremely expensive. The staff was not particularly friendly or inviting.

Convenient to the airport.

The bathroom was a bit dated and had some defects. The woman who greeted us was rather abrupt and not at all personable. She was actually unhelpful when we asked where we might get something to eat.

I booked a queen and twin. What we got was two twins that wouldn’t stay together and a very lumpy pullout.

Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay if you have an overnight layover in Iceland. Staff were super helpful.

There was a gap under the door and the walls seemed quite thin as I could hear the person in the room next door snoring.
