Ac is not working properly..continuously water is coming out from ac.. You can check the pictures... Ambient and swimming pool was good but behaviour is not that level..what a expectations from a 3500/- rent room...bathroom is dirty..no one is coming to clean the bathroom in a single day...I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family member further.. Ridiculous stay ever..

Location is very good

Food quality & quantity is very poor. Price is very high.

Staff & food

The hotel is in a good location . The facilities needs lots of improvement. Rooms are okay but the accompaniments in the room is limited. No tea coffee maker . They want to make money thru their dinning services.

The location.

The staff at the reception were not co-operative. After complaining about the in-operational air conditioner three times, the ac was started at 2330 at night.Out of the 24 hr stay 12hr was spent without air conditioning, still they were very arrogant in discussing about compensating for the in operational facility.Cleanliness also not as per the room charges.

The view from the hotel is very good. Old digha beach is at walking distance.Quiet neighbourhood.

The rooms are very old furniture and fittings are not in good condition. The bathroom door lock was broken and it can't be locked. Mosquitoes are a very big problem. The biggest problem was i booked an AC room for two days but the AC was not working. I complained for it and a person came to fix it but it was not fixed. So after paying for two AC room i have to stay in Non -AC. I also expect booking.com will look after this and provide me a concession as after providing the asked price for AC room i have got two rooms with AC in not working condition. I will also escalate this matter to the higher authorities if the matter is not handled properly.

View the sea and go to sleep.

Very poor restaurant service, beds having bugs, food not available as per menu. You pay only for the sea views and rest better pls make your own arrangements.

Food and location

The pool is not that much deeper and the restrictions on wearing cloth even sports one of decathlon but staff rudely not allowed to go in pool for only photo shoot, the reception and room service with food is good but cost is higher side in comparison with overall facility and it's service.

The Room Service person was very co-operative.

Although wi-fi was there in booking.com details , the same was not available. No restaurant facilities available and service charges on room service was imposed. This is an extra burden hidden in the charges disclosed.

Bad

The Hotel is under renovation and it is dirty enough. Staffs are not available between 3.30 to 5.30 pm also in morning they are available from 7.30 only. The swimming pool is not permitted without swimming costume and it was not informed before. As per the condition of the service and comfortability the tarrif is very high.

Staff behaviour is very bad... The hotel insist to buy swimming costumes from them, otherwise they will no allow to use swimming pool..Rooms are dirty...

bed is too hard...room is not cleaned..very unhigenic toilet..and room charge is very very high.

There was no room service and no intercom connection.The hotel having no restaurant.The open bar at the swimming pool made the hotel unsuitable for family stay.

The swimming pool was amazing but we were expecting some and music for entertainment. The sea facing room seem to be nice with all the facilities and the view. The food was well served.

The ambiance, the staffs were good but we needed to look for them in the whole hotel for anything as the phone in the rooms were not working. There wasnt any restaurant, but there was a kitchen which made food, but they never had any menu card for the guest convenient to choose from. The non sea facing rooms need more look into. Need more cleaning, tv seem to be just handing with one screw on the wall, the toilet light werent working(they didnt bother to change it even when we told the staffs so many time), the AC werent placed properly and the switch wasnt working too. Overall the hotel is good and the location its placed is amazing too. But they need to work on lot of things.

The quantity of food was good but quality was somewhat okayish. I think due to covid, staff service was lacking a bit, the intercom was not working. The manager Mr. Sharma was very helpful. We liked his attitude towards guests. The surroundings and proximity to beach is very good but it is very difficult if you want to go for a bath at the sea because of plenty of boulders. The property is good and spacious but the rental is a bit on the higher side. The lift was newly installed and was not in working condition, maybe due to some technical snag. The TV was big but very limited channels were available. We also must understand lot of things have gone haywire in this lockdown. Our stay was from 27th to 28th June .

Shortage of staff and price.

The property is currently under renovation, Rooms are over priced and the Staff Courtesy was poor. Room which was booked through Booking.Com was a shabby, dark and off sea facing room. Receptioni offered better room at 1000/- extra.

Location and pool is good.I paid 2000 with worst room.It is smelly room and damp,bedsheets smelly,old furniture,blanket smelly,expecting atleast decent room with that money where they should provide clean bedsheets,good minimal furniture...

Poor maintenance, I think they have good room also but they provide us a very bad room may be we book through online , that's why . My room no was c14 , ground floor corner room , sea can view from the balcony , but room conditions was very bad . Bed sheet was not clean atall , bed was very hard , some bad smell was there , damp wall , surprisingly we see there was no door in bathroom. Bad smell came from bathroom . There is two sofa in very bad condition.
