- The staff was super friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff go above and beyond for their guests.
- Staff was sweet and tried to address the concerns
- Hotel employee at the front desk, the most lovely person in the island plus the restaurant food is great
Cons -
- The facilities are older and not as up to date as you'd expect in 2022. The a/c is cold over the one bed. The TV is old, and we turned it on once and then didn't bother again. There's no elevator, so you'll have to carry all your bags up. Hotel is ok.
- We were highly disappointed for two reasons , we found 2 big cockroaches in the room and it was freaking scary . And as we entered the room for the first time the door just fell on the side .we were travelling with a 4year old and found it very unsafe.
- The location is about a 20min walk from any food or the beach. The only restaurant is very expensive and the workers aren't the friendliest. The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was sweet and tried to address the concerns

The staff was very nice.
