Just a suggestion: It might help to keep insects out if the lights in the hallways were dimmed down a bit during the night.

excellent behaviour of staff. the resort has a bouquet of meals to offer. Veg Shoktu and Prawn Curry were clear winners.

Staff did not help in getting us around Shantiniketan and Bolpur.

Good sized room and bathroom. It need a bit of TLC ( tender, loving care ).

No lift to go to upstairs banquet hall for breakfast.No drinks available. They don't have license to serve alcoholic drinks.

Property needs elevators for elderly people.

I like that there were different options Continental / Indian - South & North and the sizes were just sufficient, avoiding food wastage.

The rooms were of standard size.The food was good.We loved the swimming pool, which was well maintained.overall a very good experience.we enjoyed alot?

breakfast was wonderful, the place was clean and safe

people jumping in the pool bare body, this should be stopped as sweat is a major concern , we didnt avail it after one day when we saw the condition.

Food can be better

Toddler friendly, safe, hygienic . Baby pool was great, my kid enjoyed a lot. No food or alcohol near pool was served, no loud music so we felt safe having a baby with us.

Room was good , Staff was Good , Swimming pool was so clean. Lawn was good ?

Water ? from Room AC, and Bathroom was sleepary, Bathroom Pan did not working Properly.

Pros: great food/restaurant, beautiful pool, friendliness of the staff, location, room was perfectly fine too for the price. Beautiful grounds/balcony. Staff very helpful with luggage/making sure cleaning was done when I was out. I loved sitting on the terrace, and their amazing breakfasts. Seriously go for the breakfast.

Timeliness of the staff was an issue--no followups on requests half the time. They did eventually get back to me like a day later. Also, the fact that they don't take foreign cards to reserve is a bit absurd esp on booking.com. Not sure if they want foreign guests at this point, which is fair enough. Spa is not existent/not staffed when I went. Kept offering in room massages but no follow up. The paid wifi is really bad. I complained multiple times, nobody had any answers except the network is down at the weekends. While this may be the case, it should be on them to have additional routers/wifi support for people who are paying for the wifi. For the western prices this place is charging, its got a long way to go.

Breakfast had less options and southindian dishes were not authentic.

The reception staff were very rude, unsmiling and non helpful. the place is not fit for people having mobility issues. steep stairs no lifts . The wheelchair was very bad .

The property was spacious and well maintained. The staff were wonderful and very courteous.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down. But the dinner we had at the restaurant was very good.
