The whole ambiance of the inn. Including the park, the arrangements and everything. The service was top notch. Including the food

Food was lite and healthy, staff was really nice .

Initially I was given a room having bad smell from toilet.TV was not recharge properly every time I need to say for recharge the TV. And very long distance it's around 9km from bolpurstation its completely outside it was my choice mistake. I shall not recommend this property for who are going for visiting tourist spot in bolpur. Hotel is sitted far away from the spot in bolpur.Anyone can get far better location and less price hotel with same facility.

The location of the property is really good..parking facility is also there..most importantly behaviour of all the staff was really good..all were very polite and helpful..Food was also tasty and was like a homemade food..

Great cottage located outside the centre with a very beautiful green surrounding offering a very peaceful and cosy stay. The staff members are very polite, and helpful. The in-house food served is also very tasty and reasonably priced.I would recommend this place to explore if anyone plans to visit Shantiniketan.

The layout of the garden, well maintained lawn, well behaved and respectful staff. For well heeled persons preferring to stay a bit away from BOLPUR and SHANTINIKETAN will prefer this property to stay closer to nature.

The facility is located at the outskirts of Bolpur Town (10 kms). I liked the serenity ang greenery of the property. Moreover, there is adequate space for car parking. The hospitable staff and welcoming environment was indeed to look forward to. Ideal for friend or family gatherings. Food was good and there is quite a few options of bengali spread.

The ceiling fan in room no12 cottage made some disturbing noise.

This resort is good for 2days of leisure time. Behaviour of all stuffs is exceptionally well. Rooms are clean enough. Garden, outside lawn is well maintained and decorated enough.

This resort donot provide breakfast, lunch or dinner at room. (May be available with special request), but can enjoy evening snacks and tea coffee at room. Required some more playing amenities for children.

Room was airy and spacious. The staff was courteous.

The Dining room was not air-conditioned. It is summer and the weather is hot and sultry. You cannot have food there. So we were forced to have food outside

The ambience, the people and the food was just awesome ?Especially the boy named Pulok in the restaurant was a star .

Should include breakfast in the package and add a little extra activities in the hotel after the guests return in the evening.

Lack of staff and restrurant service and also room service is very laggy

Rooms are too basic. They even charge for the first two bottles of water. There is no room service except for snacks and tea. Tolieteries are also too basic and could have been good.

No Wi-Fi, poor toiletry, lacks amenities like electric kettle, tea bags.

Non veg food, dinnerThe special chowmin was so horrible that we couldn't eat. The chillie chicken was so spicy that it seriously burnt my tongue and lips. The kosha mutton and kosha chicken was undercooked

Very good family resort, small but beautiful and green. Homely food and cordial attentive staff. Overall a good experience.

Excellent property. Offers personal touch in everything they provide. Clean, well maintained, humble staff behaviour, away from hustle of town but merely 20 mins from town centre. Suitable for families with elderly members and kids. If you have your own transport, this place is a no brainier and a great value for money.

Staff behaviour deserves mention, from the caretaker to office.Food is tasty and with reasonable price.The best part is that one does not need to wait for long for any order.Ambience is also good for the overall atmosphere.Overall a value for money.

The hotel is clean, rooms are specious, the behavior of the staffs is nice. Foods are testy and cost is reasonable. Good to stay.
