- Booked 2 months in advance, sent multiple messages to confirm the booking and was confirmed booking everytime. When I turned up at the reception, they simply said, we are overbooked. We have 11 rooms and have got 18 pre-paid bookings already. You haven't paid so your booking is not confirmed. I have been asking when and where to pay for 2 months to them and they just kept saying, you can pay at the property. I came to attend marathon and was left to struggle to find another property as most hotels were full due to event. Never booking Super Collection properties again. Also the pictures look really good but when I reached the hotel, it looked shabby, ugly. Even the reception manager was rude. Surrounding and inside of the lobby were dirty too. Stay away from this unprofessionally managed property.
