This 1926 British bungalow has been expanded upon a couple of times but retains a colonial charm. The gardens are magnificent and the food (our package included breakfast and dinner) was excellent—served outdoors on a beautiful shaded dining patio. Panchmarhi Hill Station is difficult to get to, but I would go back just to relax at this place for a few days.

There is no Golf View

Heritage building, greenery, interaction with staff and being close to nature.

Hot water system (in some of our rooms getting hot showers was a journey itself). On-site restaurant is a complete vegetarian which is good for families who are completely vegetarian. Ours were mostly non-vegetarian, so it was bit hard to satisfy our young ones.

There were no proper directions to reach the property.No swimming pool

The property is ok, landscaping is good but rest of the things are either poor or average.

No proper running hot water, bathroom fittings and fixtures are substandard, staff is not well trained. Even linen quality is poor.

Very large beautiful garden, Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner under the trees. Large spacious rooms with Veraandah sitout. Large menu of only Vegetarian food. Quiet away from hubub of the city.

Overpriced ,Nothing to like much ,Reception staffs are not well groomed how to behave not all but few of them.Only food was better.

Jacuzzi is not working properly,Wi-Fi was intentionally switched off after 10 pm daily and it will on after 10 am on another day ,Mobile network is not working,Hot water is not coming in shower area.Water tap leakage in Victorian suite no 5 .Android tv is there but remote and wifi is not working so why they provided don’t know.Bed position and their wooden work is not properly this was obstructed the view of TV .

amazing breakfast .. and very courteous staff.. made the stay all the more enjoyable.. would like to make a special mention of rohit for organising all the safaris and extra activities and making it a memorable stay !

Booked a trip for my parents to this property. Had an excellent stay. The staff were extremely welcoming, very helpful, and dedicated to making their stay as comfortable as possible. The food was exceptional and had wide variety of options at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Booked this trip for my parents for their 25th marriage anniversary and the hotel staff kindly set up a separate dinner table for them in the gardens not the last night of their stay. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely book to stay here again.

Beautiful colonial-era property in a quiet part of town. Immaculate gardens, clean and has an intimate outside dining area under hanging lights.
