Excellent stay , hotel staff is very polite and makes are stay memorable. Luxurious and spacious room's and most important neat and clean room's.

Neat and cleaned rooms with spacious washroom. Smart television and Wifi is reliable for working in rooms overall great stay.

Fantastic stay, luxurious rooms and great service . They have arranged Gypsy as well at the hotel . Staff is very polite.

The hotel is value for money. Staff is very helpful and kind , provide tour packages all at one place.

STAFF IS VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR, OWNER ALSO NOT BETTER COMMUNICATION, NOT ANY FACILITIES PROOVIDE, LIKE LUNCH & DINNER PLATE, TOWEL, SHAMPOO SOAP NOT ANY,STAFF ARE VERY BAD LANGUAGE USE

The hotel was quite clean and had a good, maintained washroom.

There was no parking space available. We had to park the car in government space costing 100 rupees a day. Wifi was quite slow and went off in the night. There is construction going on third floor in nearby buildings which caused some discomfort. There was no view from the window, the window was blocked by a big brick wall.

location was good, in the city center. Also, the owner and their behavior were good. Owner helped us identify good points to roam and cover for next day with gypsy. They even booked gypsy for us. Next day gypsy came and picked us up to roam whole day and dropped us back to the hotel. It was quite smooth. Another thing I liked is the water machine is availble at the hotel premises so you can fill your own bottles without paying anything.

1. Rooms are very small, you barely can walk freely. Room's size does not justify the price.2. No cupboards and extra space available in the room to keep luggage and other stuff.3. Bathroom kept smelling every now and then.4. No network in Jio and Airtel connections. You have to use Hotel's wifi, that too disconnects frequently. 5. No landline in room, we have to call reception from mobile phones using wifi and there is no mobile network.6. Hotel staff did not fulfil the request to keep both rooms close together. My mother had to climb 2 floors for 2 days which was quite hectic.

We booked 3 rooms in 1 room AC was not working,we asked to hotel staff they tried to repair AC but ultimately there was no results we have to stay without AC.We have paid for AC room so difference amount should be refunded.

Staff is very friendly. location is with in city.Rooms are clean

Hot water gyser is not working.Size of room no. 102 is not meet the expectation

The room was quite small in size no cloth cabinet no proper light switches and washroom fitting is too bad even toilet sheet isn't fix well

when reached.. they sent us to some other hotel. saying our hotel is full and this adjacent hotel is also ours. you can stay here. also when they asked for token money on WhatsApp, they sent the receipt of the shree ji hotel but when we reached they sent us to some old hotel name Jain hotel

Hotel was new and so all the beds were absolutely clean. Manager at desk was very supportive.

Toilet was choking. No cupboard and moving space in room. No provision of toiletries and towels. One towel was provided on request.

Morning tea can be added as complimentary thing in booking
