Location and behaviour of staff members. Also, the bonfire night along with live singing was an amazing experience. Made the stay worth it.

Room size is little small specially the ceiling height in chalet rooms

Staff was very good specially Santosh bhaiyya if you need any thing Santosh bhaiya and Ajay is there to help you,cleanliness was very nice,all facilities available in the resort,food is also tasty so don't worry go at the property and enjoy,it was pleasant stay in panarpani.

There was no network coverage at that area accept jio only

Dnt go at this place, worst location

It's 11 km away from pachmari. You will have to go up/down hill everyday to enjoy pachmari. Which is like wasting 2 hours. No mobile network at location.

Excellent location and very polite staff. All Vegetarian preparation was too good. True value for money.

Missing a proper chef for nonveg.

They charge 8500 instead of 7553 which is highly costly for the tent stay...

1. Hospitality: anything that we pointed out we didn’t like, staff would either say that no one has had such a complain till date. 2. Food: not tasty at all3. Etiquettes: staff knocked and entered the room without us allowing it. When told this is wrong, started justifying that the other room asked him to ask us something.
