Pros +
- Perfect location inside a wonderful park. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and polite.
- Tsinandali Estate is an exceptional place - beautifully designed, serene, and truly luxurious. The surroundings, the architecture, and the atmosphere create an immediate sense of calm. The staff were extraordinary: from the warm, elegant welcome at reception to Nicolas, the master sommelier, whose wine tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip. His knowledge and passion made the experience unforgettable. Every detail of the stay felt thoughtful, refined, and genuinely hospitable. A truly memorable escape.
- The whole place is absolutely amazing. Library-bar is so incredibly cozy, lived-in (read a book about the history of American furniture! Reprinted from 1936! With illustrations!). Tsinandali Park is gorgeous (saw a woodpecker! It was nice and considerate!)The people are wonderful beyond words (thank you, Eleni, in particular!). The food is great (breakfast included, for all you breakfast connoisseurs and/or aficionados…).It’s just… great. Pricey? Yes - but worth it, trust me (or don’t - also fair, I won’t take offence). P.S. haven’t been to the pool or the spa - but heard they are great from the people I trust (but even if I didn’t - they also would not take any offence; or so they said).
Cons -
- I was expecting the suit I booked to be more luxurious.
- Nothing significant to mention, our stay was excellent.
- Not a thing I didn’t like or enjoy. One practical thing to mention: if you get there by taxi and plan to go, say, straight to the airport after your stay - arrange a shuttle with the hotel in advance, or arrange for a drive(r) in some other fashion (don’t expect for Bolt to be readily available). P.S. not a photo person - so will add just one of the library-bar. But what you see on Booking is what you get. Don’t worry (or do, but… see above).

Amazing breakfast , great restaurant with the best desserts
Beautiful setting, wonderful staff, best breakfast in Georgia
Our stay at Tsinandali Estate, a Radisson Collection Hotel, was absolutely perfect! A true 10 out of 10 experience. Everything was of the highest standard. The rooms were incredible, the bathrooms flawless, and even the hand soaps and toiletries were top quality. The coffee and espresso in the room were fully stocked six espresso cups, not just a couple along with chocolate, tea, and everything you could need. Nothing cheap or skimpy, everything premium. From the moment we arrived, the estate impressed us. The mix of the historic property with modern interiors combined with its nature landscape and historic habitat, the stunning natural surroundings, and two beautiful pools made our day perfect. We spent hours swimming, relaxing in the sauna, and enjoying the gym facilities, which were just as high-quality as the rooms. Even the shower and changing areas near the pool felt luxurious and well-maintained.The staff were amazing, attending to every request with professionalism and care. Breakfast was exceptional, beautifully presented, and delicious. The estate is massive, with gardens and walking trails, making it ideal for families or couples wanting to fully enjoy nature and luxury in one place.Even though we could only stay one night due to high season and a wedding taking place the next day, it didn’t lessen our experience for teh enxt day. Everything exceeded our expectations. This is hands-down one of the best Radisson Collection hotels in the world a true crème de la crème experience. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return.
Lovely spot. Centrally located to explore the nearby wineries. Great gym, spa and pool facilities. Nice library bar.
The one thing that could be improved is the restaurants. Breakfast was good, but would like to see better dinners.
The design and location is absolutely amazing. I like the interior and overall look & feel.
The hotel seems cheap in many details, something you expect to see in 3* or hostels. The bathroom amenities are of very bad quality, the slippers and bathrobe are extremely poor quality. AND THERE IS ONE MORE THING. It is very rude and disrespectful staff. They seem to have no interest towards any guests no matter the situation and nationality. The boy rushing to check the mini bar, the receptionist, a woman who runs wine cellar guided tour – all of them seem very annoyed with having to work with people which is absolutely not the level Radisson hotel should have. It’s a pity such a nice place is ruined by unprofessional people.
We liked the facilities - garden, pool, sauna, dinner. All were excellent.
We arrived early at the hotel because our plans had been preempted by the rain. We were relieved when the desk clerk arranged an early check-in for us and we could go directly to our room. But when we arrived at our room, the door was agar and we were surprised to find one of the hotel employees hiding out in our room scrolling on her phone. She was equally surprised to see us, mumbled something and scurried out the door.We shrugged this off and went to the window to open the curtains. On booking.com, I chose a room that said “Guests can enjoy the mountain and forest view from this room.” When we got to the hotel, the room we were given was on the ground floor with a view of a dense, claustrophobic hedge and nothing else. Had the ad been accurate, I would have chosen a different room. Again, shrugging this off, we decided to enjoy the other facilities of the hotel, which were lovely. Things seemed to be looking up. But then... after dinner, we returned to a surprisingly hot room and turned on the air conditioning. Bizarrely, every time we down the thermostat by a degree, the room temperature heated up by a degree. Growing increasingly desperate, we went to the front desk and they called the air conditioning “engineer.” At nearly 10 pm, we had a repairman, with his step ladder and tools, working on the AC. He even brought the vacuum cleaner to dislodge the gunk from the air vents, which he did just above our clean clothing and luggage. When he finished about a half hour later, we thought surely we can relax and tried to turn on the TV. To our disbelief, the remote did not work and needed a new battery.A five star hotel should be a frictionless, luxury experience, but this was ambiguous luxury at best. If I wanted to stare at a hedge, and call the air conditioning and tv repair men, I could have just stayed at home. It was an experience with some lovely moments, but overall not five star. The staff didn't even offer to comp our dinner for the hassle.
Best experience in Georgia.A truly outstanding stay - everything was on a consistently high level, from service to atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. They handled any requests or situations efficiently and with a positive attitude. Special thanks to Tazo, whose attentiveness and friendly approach made a real difference.Exceptional ambiance. The design strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. The interiors are elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully curated, yet still warm and cozy - you immediately feel at ease. The common areas are inviting and beautifully maintained, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet moment.Top-notch comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were among the best I’ve experienced - clearly, attention to detail is a priority here. Rooms are well-equipped and offer everything needed for a relaxing, luxurious stay.Scenic and serene. The surroundings are stunning, with panoramic views that create a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. It’s the perfect setting to unwind and disconnect from daily stress.A brilliant concept - thoughtfully executed. You can feel the care and vision behind this place. It's more than just a hotel; it’s a complete experience. I’m already looking forward to returning.
The room was wonderful, along with the terrace and views. The food and breakfast was amazing also. Several friends and family recommended the hotel and it lived up to the hype.
The gym was ok but good for hotel standards.
Great location and huge garden for walk. Excellent breakfast.
Balcony did not have chairs.
Loved our stay at this property and would have extended our stay (again) if they had availability. Great view, luxury stay, easy stroll to town.
Nothing. For those who are bothered by it, this is a family location, so there will be children at play and children at meals. The rooms are non-smoking, but we definitely smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway on more than one occasion.
Loved everything about it, was probably my best stay at a hotel ever
The only thing I’d recommend is the room service upgrade. I have to call few times in order for someone to pick up. One day I lost my card late at night and had to wait one hour until a staff was available at the front desk.
The estate is beautiful. The breakfast was fine. The staff were fine, but not as helpful as some staff at other places we had stayed in Georgia. Overall an interesting place to stay.
Hotel is in a very good place, with mountain view, big park and alley area, fantastic landscape design and amazing pools. Room was spacious and matrass was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. All restaurants were tasty. I wish we had time to play tennis and ride bikes. So, we will come again.
I wish all staff was welcome. It would be nice to have sauna/hamam at 2nd pool located in separate building.
Location and weather
Rooms are small and staff should know English properly for better communication.
One of the best looking hotels I have ever been to (I've been to many of them all around the world), with a nice park and good facilities
Staff can be more proactive, you shouldn't need to go to the bar stand an look a waiter in the eye to call him/her... not all the dishes are on the menu, and the menu isn't very large, which isn't a problem, but when you have a short menu and some items aren't there then it is a problem...
I Liked ROI liked the room, the view from the room, the rooftop pool, the sauna, and the cleanliness
I paid nearly 800 GEL per night for the room. Check-in was at 3:00 PM. I stayed over the weekend. When we arrived at 3:00 PM for check-in, we were told that there were only a few spots left at the rooftop pool — if we were quick, we might get a place; otherwise, we’d have to find something else to do. So before even going to the room, I ran to the pool to reserve seats. (The main reason for booking the hotel was to enjoy the pool due to the great weather.)There was a wedding at the hotel, and because of that, loud music was coming into the room all night. We couldn’t really sleep until after midnight because of the noise.Breakfast had a limited selection of dishes. Compared to other hotels of the same class, the variety was quite poor. The next day, after check-out, we simply wanted to use the pool, but a girl at the reception didn’t allow it. When we first asked, someone else told us, "Yes, of course, it’s possible," but then this second girl came and told us we couldn’t use the pool because the hotel was fully booked. She said we could only stay until 12 PM if we wanted. :) If there hadn’t been a wedding the day before, I’m sure the pool would’ve been even more crowded, and we most likely wouldn’t have found a spot — which means there’s a chance you might not be able to use the pool at all during your stay.As for the outdoor pool on the ground floor — a friend stayed there and said that about 70% of the spots remained free all day. This girl didn’t even offer us an alternative. Basically, our two-day weekend break was ruined, as we ended up returning home at 11 AM on Sunday, stressed and frustrated.
Generally good facilities! I wish the pools were warmer though, and there was a slight issue with the padel court lights when we were there.
I wish the house museum was included in the room rate and open for longer hours.
