Room service, and not cleaning and lots of bathroom fittings issue in lots of rooms

Room facilities were bad- flush not working, bathing buckets were dirty. Bed covers were dirty. Room had a weird smell.

Beds were clean and the hotel location was good.

Bathroom was stinking in the whole stay period. They were ao stinky that opening the bathroom door was making the whole room stink. Bathing in such bathroom was a dirty experience. Toiletries were not provided. Manager was rude when asked to shift room if could not clean the washroom.

it was family trip to visit Dwarka Temple.

first of all property has bad smell water supply and I heard from another customer as well.found cockroaches in the room.Duvets and bed sheets are dirty too.Also Towel were dirty too.

Ambience

No response to the calls coming from intercom, no wifi available, tv was not working properly.

Location of the place is good but the Hotel is not at all clean and definitely not the worth of the Money paid. No clean bathrooms & dirty linen.

They are good in nature.

They arranged a cab which charged extraordinary charges and a rude driver. Never ever take such cab, useless fellow who cannot even know how to behave.

No food -- Only tea/ coffee.Location was within 900mts of Dwarkadhish Temple, so was a bit busy. The stay was affordable, but don't expect much. The rooms were clean, but were old, so looked a bit unclean. AC was working as expected, so it was good. The staff was good, they provided information about the place and where to visit.

The cleanliness could have been better.Also, the room windows did not open, so lack of fresh air.

I forgot some stuff there I call them so many time always get rude answers never visit again this place and not clean staff making to much noise at night time still not get my stuff it costs me around 15000 still i try to contact with staff they didn't give me answer probably

All tourist locations are nearby this hotel. Even bus station, taxi stand and auto stands are within walking distance.

Staff service was very worst.rooms were not clean.restaurant was also not clean and the staff was also unclean and unsufficient.they take off our bags and luggages out of our room without infoming us .3/4 guests also suffer from same situation.there luggages were also taken out without informing.staff service was very very poor.same staff is used for clening.restaurant,cooking,staff was dirty.room service is too bad.order given to some other room and delivered to our room.evev after telling them about toilet cleaning they didn't did that.The manager is cincern about only giving the rooms and taking payments.He is not atall serious about customer service.they ignoring the customers service.
