The room was smelling like public washroom

Nice restaurant and modern rooms and shower

Toilet smelled. They need to clean toilets properly. Asked them to clean it, but even after that it was still smelling

Comfortable stay. Staff caring. Breakfast and Dinner spread was good. Compliments to Sonu for serving refreshing Chai.

Everything - from room, lobby, restaurant, location.

Food was good and service was punctual.

Room was very humid. AC temp regulation did not work.The thin pin chargers did not work as fit was loose in the power point.Could have provided slippers in the room.Very soft mattress.Linen did not give confidence that it was very clean.

Breakfast was good

We asked for late checkout and said we’re ready to pay half day charge, the reception check in desk said there was no vacancy, they lied because rooms were available, we checked online. We had to make bookings in a different hotel because Lemon Tree did not cooperate, very cold behaviour of reception staff, bordering rudeness.

This property is at very good location and has city and temple view (if you choose such rooms). Stay was good here.Restaurant food was scrumptious.Thanks! Please improve your service!Hope to see you soon

Only issue was, I had asked for packed breakfast for my mom who is diabetic patient as i need to start early for beyt dwarka but they denied though breakfast was included in my package. Later manager apologised but this should be improved. We payed full price but didn’t receive breakfast so not worth for me.

The Hotel seems to be was very full . At the time of the booking itself we had asked for the interconnected room as we had 2 senior citizen with us and 2 kids, which they didnt give us. Housekeeping service was not up to the mark.

Location cleanliness and rooms

Had a lot of problem checking in we had forgotten our passports at our previous hotel and even after providing copies of passports and visa from previous hotel they took very long to process check In and kept on disputing our electronic visa they had no understanding of format and content even after our previous hotel ( Taj VIvanta ) providing explanation. Etc the check-in took over 4 hrs. This after a long journey it wasn't good at all. Even my husband called up from the UK to explain the visa format and showed them the paragraph that explained the validity of the visa they had a problem accepting this, and simple fact like if the immigration at Mumbai airport accepted and admitted us surely they have more expertise and knowledge than the hotel staff ? They were not willing to accept that fact Due to time taken ( over 4 hours), they told us that they were giving our group complementary meal and then presented us with a bill. When we raised this point, they simply said we had to pay, so not happy with this and the whole scenario. Surely they have to understand that if india immigration have allowed us into the country, they have better knowledge than hotel staff ? Then finally they said that they upgraded us to a better room we were too tired at this time but now we realised that in fact they didn't, they gave us the same rooms we had booked. Nice hotel, but let down by hotel staff simply having no understanding and being deliberately pedantic Needless to say, we will not be rebooking here in future
