Most things were excellent except parking place renovation in front of reception which added scratches to my car

CLEANINESS // LINEN QUALITY WAS ISSUE. AC WAS MAKING TO MUCH NOISE. ROOM LOCKS WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SOME CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING NEARBY WHICH WAS MAKING TO MUCH NOISE.

Hotel is in mentainance level not gives fast service only listen and leave policy by nepali manager

Location but food was average

The travel tie up no proper response or facility .Spa was closed no intimation provided

The so called best room had terrible stains on the floor.Bathrooms were not clean.. Shower head not working .AC swing making sounds .. Dirt everywhere on the AC.The food at the restaurant is the worst. The worst hospitality ever seen.Overcharged rooms and food.The front desk person instead of understanding my concern and being sorry.. Asked me to write a feedback online.. Absolutely VITS is a disgrace in the name of hotels..

Not maintained , Not cleaned , very poor value for money , Bathrooms were in a mess , sofa was dirty , Bathroom furniture was broken

We liked the location, food and nearby transport facilities. The staff is good.

Well, we didn't like the fact that there is no ventilation in washrooms, the bathroom isn't proper, and when we use the shower, the washroom comes out of the shower area. The towels weren't clean. And the kettle wasn't clean.

The indifference from the desk managers and staff has ruined the entire stay, nothing else matters

The manager was not courteous at all. Basic etiquette and empathy was missing. My elderly parents had a very disappointing experience. It was a mistake to choose this property where the staff does not know the basic service and how to make guests comfortable.

An average 3 star hotel

Staff at reception was rude. Seems by mistake I put myself and son as occupant and missed to add my wife, I was charged for that. Sounds bit strange to me.

Rooms were neat and comfy. Also, the location is within the city.

Didn't have provision for guest room

Location was good. Near the main temple. Breakfast was OK.

This property is coming of age and needs a serious refurbishment. Hotel management needs to pay attention to room cleanliness and hygiene. We could see cockroaches and insects in our room and bathroom. Furniture is also aging. Overall the room did not meet our expectations for the price we paid.

A good comfortable stay here in Vits Dwarka.The suite was of a good size.The restaurant was good. They made fresh food and was tasteful.The staff at the Restaurant were very nice and hardworking.

The location of the hotel! We got a room with a nice view off the temple. That was a huge bonus!! Its near the dwarkadesh temple. You can walk. All the important temples and the beach is nearby, you can easely take a rickshaw for a cheap price. The hotel is totally veg. The prices are reasonable. The hotel can arrange taxi for places that are a little far located like nageshwar and beyt dwarka etc. The staff is very friendly and assist if help is needed. Check in was quick and good. Thank you very much staff of vits devbhumi for a great stay in dwarikadesh and keep up the good work ?. Try their veg pizza it was delicious

Great location and no traffic nearby and you can go to temple and other sites easily from here

Nice managed property and professional staff

Breakfast, lunch, dinner all good, a wide range of food. Be early otherwise Thali will runout.
