Best part was the location, main temple being hardly 1 km that too through the Gomti ghat. Food at the restaurant was good. View from sea facing room was good.

The view of the hotel is not as good as shown on Booking.com, although there is a nice sea view from the room. The breakfast is quite good, but the options are very limited. The cleanliness is also not up to the mark, even after complaining twice. Toiletries were not provided in the room, and we had to request them separately.In the à la carte section, they are charging ₹35 for a Bisleri bottle instead of the MRP of ₹20. When we asked for the reason, the staff did not give a satisfactory reply and said it was a hotel policy. They also charged an additional ₹15 on all beverage items, including the soft-drink cans we purchased.

Very cramped and small property, with malfunctioning lift, literally too small and cramped rooms and bathrooms, Unlike other lords properties this one is very bad,Only USP is sea view rooms apart from it it's a scam,Restaurent it's food and staff are good Rituparna handles very well.However lady on reception needs counseling and training, Inspite of rooms of normal size being available in same category she allotted very small and cramped room.

Location was bit far, but its manageable.

Sea view

The cost per room EP based 9K per night was a rip off considering the facility.

Location is good. Breakfast was good.

I reached midnigt for a good sleep. But the room was heavily noisy from ac humming sound. In the end I had to switch off to sleep. Bed was too soft and height is very low hardly only a foot height. Getting up from bed was hard especially for elder people. Not worth for the price they chargingI booked another new hotel near by for cheaper rate , but opted this because my travel agent recommended.

Only its location

The hotel shows balcony pictures for the Suite room with sea view, but doesn’t provide balcony room. There is only one balcony room in the entire hotel, hotel charges more price on the pretext of balcony and sea view. Many people have pointed out but they dont bother.

The location is very good, right next to the sea and you can get very good sea view. Staff were kind.

The room felt dusty, could find some dust on the table .

Mattress

The towels were old.They charge for additional bottles of water. This was a unique experience.Suggest to reconsider shower direction.

Breakfast was superb, location was great view beach.

Good location facing the sea. Breakfast options were great and staff was polite. We did end up with a family birthday gathering as well in the restaurant.The rooms were clean

There is Construction work going on beside or above the hotel. Loud noises in the room and had to complain. They stopped the hammering upon complaint but it is not possible to relax if you plan to stay in the room during the day.The room sizes were also small- may be it is typical in the area!
