The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heaven, Dwarka

Very clean, nice connectivity, polite and supportive staff. Manager Mr. Ronak is Gentleman.

Staff were good,

No hot water, wash basin was leaking, room floor was too dusty

Waste of money no facility provided about cleanliness

I like the location. Check-in process was good. least time taken. Drinking water arrangment is okay.

very disappointed to note that there is no Almarah/wardrobs in the rooms to keep the items. ACs were not properly functioning. No food available.

The location is Amazing just walking distance from the hotel to the temple and other places. Easy to commute for buses. The staff was very helpful whenever we called them they helped us very politely. We came from England to have Dwarkadhish Darshan and found this place suitable for our stay.

The toilets can be rechecked by staff after the room is ready by cleaners. We didn't find it very clean as it should. Please clean wash basins, women leaving their forehead bindis left sticks on the wall. The sink was choking after the bath. The property manager should check all of this frequently. By doing all this the property can become more beautiful.

Cleaning, service,waterproblem

Should be cleaners, staff service Should good,

Beds are comfortable. Hot water full day. On the station road. Shops and hospitals nearby

Tv was not working. Ventilation was not good

Location. Convenient for access to temple and main road

Filthy bed cover. Improperly cleaned rooms and toilet.

Room size was ok.

After booking through booking.com, i received 4-5 calls for payment of room.charges wherein it was clearly mentioned that room charges to be paid after reporting. I was forced to pay 50% of room charges. After reporting around 12:30 am, Staff called me around 2 am for payment of balance amount. Screenshot of payment attached. No towel, soap etc provided. I left my 3 towels in room and when later on i contacted staff, they denied having left towels. In all experience was worst.

The property we have chosen from booking.com and how a famous site can suggest this place !!! It’s disgusting and zero r

The staffs are mannerless .The room is dirty with dirty bed sheets. No towels, toiletries available. The tea they told are from their side but charged money when checking out.As we have bus at 8 pm, we sat there for 1 hour and they said go out you can’t sit here.

Location is good room service communities have to improve quite a lot. Presently zero

Better staff service oriented we not seen a house keeping staff location

Bad

Toilet seat is broken and not repaired even when reported earlier.

Property is terrible

Mere looting of money. They don’t even have plates and spoons. Breakfast is included in the bill but never get it. Waited till 8 am and no use

You can easily dry your cloths, roof can be used.
