Amazing resort with all the facilities there like indoor games for family fun, swimming pool and amazing breakfast buffet which had a wide spread.

The bathrooms for the rooms are too small for the type of property it is, my bathroom shower was broken the first night but then they got it fixed quickly.

Well kept resort just outskirts of the famous temple town Dwaraka.Staff were courteous and happy to help.One thing that is above and beyond is their flexibility- I booked for Monday but due to missed flight I asked to change to Tuesday. They connected with me on WhatsApp and made the change, all while I was on the road.Appreciate that very much.

The warmth and smile of all the staff's. Kusum took us to our room. The restaurant staff during the breakfast were all very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to the girl from Manipur serving hot tea, Adil from Kashmir, and Chef Devidas.

Too small thing, the checkin process could have been faster, and during arrival there was no one to help with the luggage. Little disappointing, I am sure this will be taken care in the future.

Looking

We took couple massage, it was okay, steam room is not working. Ask them before they might skip things and then say it is not working.Staff looks tired and frustrated there, just an observation

Nothing great !!

Rooms were stinking .Bedsheets were old n giving smell .Room floor was slippery .The reason told by receptionist guy , it happens every year because of AC & Humidity. Food was OK .Didn't enjoy staying in property like whydham brand .

Excellent property (considering the location). Very spirited and friendly staff. Good facilities / activities for children. Food is good. Loved it.All staff members make you comfortable.

Nothing in particular. A good library would be welcome.

There service needs to be upgraded. It is very slow and such a big property but only 3 carts to pick up from rooms so it use to take a lot of time reaching the main reception They need to check and upgrade

The staff was cordial. The complimentary breakfast was good

I didn't get much time to spend in the hotel. Though the room was good, was unable to lock the balcony door (the lock was jammed) and also bit clogging/ leak in the washroom. However, I missed enjoying the hotel ambience .

Mocktails and drinks were not tasty. All same were Diluted with water

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth experience. The breakfast selection is impressive, and the location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a great value for a relaxing stay!

While the stay was enjoyable, a few areas could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow, and need to wait for the buggy for internal transport sometime.

No mobile networkHotel wi fi was not working ( so basically u r cut off from the entire world)Huge resort with just 1 golf cart driver The room was 500 metres away and the golf cart used to come in not less than 20 min Most of times we had to walk Even at the time of checkout , we had to carry our luggage half a km to tge reception after waiting for golf cart for 30 minHouse keeping will never come with even basic facilities like water and bathing towels(asked for it thrice in a day, still didnt come)All in all the owner is spending crores on the resort and not even thousands on man power and services Take a honest suggestion.Its a waste of money to build such a 5 star property with a 0 star service

Located in a quiet environment away from the town, but still not very far. Very good option for people travelling by car.

Clueless staff. Extremely slow in working, right from main desk, to restaurant. Not very professional. Would expect a much better trained and knowledgeable staff considering the size of property
