The staff was amazingly friendly and hospitable. Ms. Helal and Mr. Azmi were super helpful and cooperative.

There is nothing in the hotel to dislike. However as a newly built property, I can suggest few improvements e.g. there should be a rack in the shower to put soap or shampoo. There should be a towel hanger in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. There should be someone always answering the phone when 0 is dialed because 99% of all the international hotels have the reception number set to 0. The motion detection light should not be in the room because it disturbs the second person if someone wants to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Great location and view, clean and newly furbished rooms, very friendly staff, family manages the hotel and is very much involved.

Limited choice in restaurant (especially for vegetarians), no airco in room, narrow mountain road to get to hotel

The waterfall view beside the hotel was magnificent-The early morning breathtaking fresh air-The staff were very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Mohamad AlMarawi, Abd AlRahman, and others-Thanks for all of you!

To reach the hotel is a bit hassle. Be cautious while driving up/down the hill.

Clean room and Beautiful location and polite staff

I stayed in this hotel for three nights, a small-sized room without a balcony and a very small bathroom. The breakfast was very brief and every day was the same as the previous day without any changes. The location of the hotel is very far from everything and you have to return to the hotel before sunset, while there is nothing around the hotel except for the waterfall and it does not even have a balcony room. My wife and I were assigned two single beds, which were pushed together but were separated all the time and it was not comfortable at all. The shower in the bathroom was broken, the safe was locked from the first day Every time we said we would fix it until the end of our stay, no one came, the fridge didn't work, the room was hot and had no air conditioner, and we had to open the window, and the room was full of mosquitoes and we had to close the window. Most importantly, the hotel location was so far from everywhere that all our time was just wasted on the way. But the room was very clean and the staff were polite and good.

This is one of the best stays I ever had in Turkey The hotel is located in an amazing area in front of a waterfall in the middle of nature Each room has a waterfall view and you can hear the water 24x7

I went to this place for relaxing and meditation, the place is great place for adults whether singles or couples, I don't think it's much suitable for children. There are some fun activities for adults like ziplines and swings where you or the staff can take great nice pictures on your phone. The weather is very clean and refreshing, I take long walks up to the mountain and around the area. The hotel run by the owners family, lovely friendly family, although I know little English, but we managed to understand each other, we even used translator, they know some English, but don't worry about the language, you can use a translator on the internet. You can ask the hotel if they can arrange trips, for me I told them what I like to see and they arranged two trips for me which was so fun for me. The place is alcohol free, no shisha/ hookah, which is perfect for me, also perfect for someone want to detox. Great food and tea. The hotel owners have a tea farm, they produce their own tea products in their factory they own too, you can find their fine selections of teas in the reception where you can buy them.

I had to leave, I wanted to stay more.You need a car to transfer to other restaurants and places, because the hotel is located very up high, but I loved the location and that it's in quite area away from other activities and buildings.

This place has a unique feeling due to the fact that owners and staff will treat you like family there :) Azmi abi the owner of the hotel was very kind with us and everyday he will check on us if we need something. His son Ali was very kind to explain many stuff and provide whatever we needed. Staff like Eda, Emre and the cleaning Abla(: were also very kind they did their best to help whenever we need something. We felt secure and safe there as two ladies traveling alone. It was a home away from home. Although not many of them were speaking English nor Arabic, we did communicate very well, we learned many Turkish words from them…I highly recommend this place to however would like to enjoy nature and feel the warmth of Turkish people :)
