The room furniture was outdated the mobile signal was very low. The parking was full most of the time

The rooms with the windows which overlook the courtyard and have no sunlight were a horrible experience

Location to KAFD made for short commute. Breakfast choice was expensive- I just wanted a coffee and not a full breakfast. Service from staff was excellent!!

There was no where else to walk to in order to get a simple coffee. I also found that the tv didn’t allow for access on my phone to play my downloaded movies. It was a good stay but something was lacking. I moved to a boutique hotel.

actually the location and the resturante , in addition it was really quit and comfortable

Firstly the smell in the hotel is not Arabian attraction and once you enter the Room you will smell much humidity which require some either ventilation or perfume refresher, lastly the toilet was old and has some cracks.

The location of the hotel is great near the freeway.

The hotel literally should be ranked as a 4 stars hotel. The facilities are old, telephones are not working, hot water in the shower are barley hot. I had to call the room service to get a slipper and toothbrush.

**Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Entry into Room 222 on 4th September**Dear Management of DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh,I am writing to express my serious disappointment and outrage over a deeply concerning incident that took place on 4th September in your hotel. While a guest was sleeping in Room 222, one of your hotel staff members entered the room *without any prior permission*. This is a gross violation of privacy, trust, and basic guest security that I find completely unacceptable.The fact that your staff entered without knocking or seeking permission is a clear breach of hotel standards and raises serious questions about the professionalism and integrity of your team. Not only did this result in an unnecessary disturbance, but it also caused significant distress to the guest, who was rudely awakened and felt her personal space was invaded.This situation is completely inexcusable for a hotel that claims to offer world-class service. We demand an immediate explanation as to how such a serious lapse occurred and what actions will be taken to prevent this from happening again. We also expect appropriate compensation for the discomfort, distress, and violation of privacy that your staff caused. Failure to address this issue promptly and adequately will force us to escalate this complaint further, including leaving detailed public reviews and possibly pursuing legal action for the breach of guest safety and security.I await your immediate response Sarah Saab Alanzi

Excellent location in Riyadh. Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming especially the front desk I think his name is Abdulrahman. Breakfast has the essentials and great welcome by the chef Mohammed Khaled he is a nice person.

Unhealthy environment, very noisy, old facility, AC was no working properly and had a bad smell when working. I can't believe this is a 5 star hotel.

Unfriendly reception. Room service chicken tougher than shoe leather. Had to explain on the phone many times and was challenged as to how the meat should be done - Rare, Medium rare, etc. Told them it is chicken and not beef.
