- Great location- Clean room with view of street- Next to the Stalin museum and walking distance to the fort

- First time I stayed the room was great.- Second time I stayed, the bathroom was in a little disarray (showerhead couldn't angle properly, towel heater wasn't working)

Poor quality of linens, and they don’t really have double bed but put 2 twin beds together which is very uncomfortable. All rooms are street-facing, can hear noise all night.

The hotel has a very good location in the very center of the city, close to Stalin Museum (the city's main attraction), the hotel is located by Stalin square close to restaurants and shops. The room - comfortable, quiet and cosy, everything very modern, well-maintained and clean. Food in the bar-restaurant also good. English spoken.

The hotel has a good location and there is free parking.

Glad we only stayed for one night. The rooms are outdated, the mattress were very old and uncomfortable. Hair dryer and the A/C didn’t work. The biggest issue we had was with the smog in the city. Would expect the hotel to advice against opening windows or warn us about this beforehand, especially because the room already had the incense sticks and smelled of smoked when we came in, which means they are likely aware of this situation. We had breathing issues during the night and in the morning, so we left asap. Would not come here again.

Great location, right next to Stalins museum, probably one of the best available in Gori which has not many semi decent places to start with. Staff were lovely and showed us the room before we made a choice whether to stay or not.We booked the suite which was disproportionately massive and lit so brightly you could see all the bits you'd rather not see, but it's Gori, don't expect the Ritz. We also checked out the other 'luxury' hotels in the area but settled on this one for the good value.It has a big pool which we didn't try, also a bar / cafe which we also didn't partake for breakfast or drinks (check out the bakery at the north end of the road). Overall a good place to stay for a night if for some reason you have to overnight in Gori.

It was clean. Near centrum

The breakfast was terrible. Staff was late. Walking around with a hoodie. Disrespectful, cant answer simple questions like what was the sauce made of. Rude in a behavior. After we ordered the food the delivery of it was very random, for example first arrived the eggs than bread. Butter arrived 55minutes after the order was made. And when Almost everything was done they brought the salads. And the juice in the end. I would not buy the breakfast at this property again. Overpriced

Hotel is located in very center of Gori, close to Stalin museum. It has big swimming pool!

Breakfast starts at 10:00! For vegetarians was practically no choice. Window in room has no tilt function and all rooms overlook very noisy street.

Staff are very nice. The bird is cute. The location is perfect. Swimming pool is big. The room is clean. The radiator is hot.

The water in the bathroom is running very slow. There’s someone slammed every door on my floor and yelled for more than 10 minutes long at night. He’s not just knocked on the door but he slammed the door like he wanted to break it and it quite scary for my family.

All the staff at the front desk are very helpful & pleasant.

The hotel is equipped with a restaurant and pool among other thing, the reception was nice and the room was very spacious and well equipped as well as the bathroom

Even thought the hotel want to be luxurious the water in my room stopped running in the mornig couldn't even wash my hands !

Very friendly staff. Very good location. Initially we were given a smokers room without knowing it. When we arrived to the room and discovered it we asked if it was possible to be changed to a non-smokers room and our request was handled fuss-free. It’s a very decent hotel.

Room wasn't so clean, especially inside draws i could find hairs. Room was small and dark.

the helpful receptionist showed us the parking space behind the hotel when the parking lot in front of the hotel was full, the room was spacious and pleasant, the hotel has an elevator, only the pool was obviously the hotel's but also open to the public, so sometimes it can happen that there are swimming lessons for children and the pool during that time it is not accessible to others. In addition, even if you have really short hair, you have to wear a swimming cap, which can be rented at the hotel, but we were a little amused by this fact.

Very well located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel for the location and the pool and we were not disappointed. There were swimming goggles available at the pool. The pool can only be used at certain times so make sure to ask at the reception what those times are.

The rooms were quite dark.

Great location and very good price. Rooms comfortable, and we were even offered a change of room one night when there was an event happening downstairs - without us having time say anything. Overall an enjoyable stay.

You are asked to wear a swim cap to the pool for hygiene reasons, but the pool area is not very clean, with hair everywhere on the stairs and a cockroach even.

Good hotel in the centre of GoriGood facilities and rooms were good sized with good sized ensuite.Easy walking distance to the Fortress and Stalin museum.
