Atlantic Hotel

Nothing. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in all my life. Staff were ignorant and their intentions was to rip u off. I stayed there for a day me my wife and my kid. They said max was 2 people per room. Now tell him how am I supposed to do that???!!!!

Staff and owners were very rude and had no heart and customer service. I tried explaining that I have my wife and kid and they said max was 2 people lol. All bathroom water was salty. Very noisy outside which doesn¿t allow you to get a good night sleep.

It’s very old and word out. To the point wallpapers are peeling from the walls. Water wasn’t hot. Internet was dropping constantly.

Quite affordable, plus they offer airport pick-up/ drop-off in a comfy SUV at an affordable price. The staff were very friendly, plus the hotel offers a variety of food on its menu.

The hotel is located in the city center, so those who fancy quietness may want a different experience. Facilities like furniture also look a bit aged but are well maintained for their purpose.

The internet was terrible and there was no boiler so I had to take bath with cold water.

All the staff was very, very friendly, from the Manager, the desk, to the breakfast staff and the room ladys.I felt always good Here.

I booked the room for 6 nights because I thought my work would be finished .but my work finished after 5 nights, so I informed the hotel before one day, 24 hours that I would leave . But they insisted that I have to pay for the six night even if I will travel. I showe them my new ticket that I will leave Djibouti to Yemen. But they insisted on taking the money for the six night. This hotel is a very bad hotel.

Big rooms, comfortable beds and friendly reception staff

The hotel is old in need of a refurbishment. Some common areas had no air conditioner, like the hotel room passageways, which made them extremely hot. The cups were not clean, both in the room and the breakfast area. The cafe was also not clean, i literally stepped on a salt shaker on the floor when i went down there to get a snack. There was a serviette on the floor. The bathrooms were just something else.

My 2nd stay at the hotel. Clean and very functional large rooms, with coffee/tea maker and fridge. Very friendly, helpful and resourceful front desk staff led by Mohamed. Very good buffet breakfast and you can order eggs separately. Good location in town centre and offers good value for money. Book early as they fill up.

Great location for food and nightlife. Great employees and are ready to assist moment notice.

It was not clean! the bed sheets were dirty. they offered to change me to a better room and still even there the bed sheets were dirty.

I had a car accident in Djibouti, they were very empathic, comforted me, and gave me a room on the spot. I could use one of the staff's phone for a long time to text my family. Helped with printing and many other things. Even went to a shop to biy bandages for me. These people will do everything to make you feel good. Secure and clean location with a restaurant - spaghetti was delicious.Well worth the money for the comfort, security, facilities, and extremely kind and helpful staff.THANK YOU! I will book again without hesitation next time in Djibouti.

Breakfast could be better. In general, it is a bit old and needs some reshaping. Aircon was a bit noisy (not terrible though) and the wc water would keep running if not pushing a few times to have it stopped.

The hotel is centrally located in the town. The staff are friendly, and you can see that they aim to please. The room had everything that one expected. The Tv worked well (for a change in Africa).

one day one the safe was not working - reported it, and it got fixed. day two no soap was provided/replaced in the bathroom, No teaspoon provided either - reported it and it was replacedday three the coffee sachets were not replenished day four the creamer was out of stock

Beds were comfortable, internet connection worked generally well, the staff was friendly and helpful

the streets around the hotel can be quite noisy at night, the temp of the shower cannot be regulated (although the temp was kind of fine) and the price is far too high for the standard of this hotel.
