Morrian Hotel

Location attached to furniture mall

The hotel is supposed to be 5 stars, but in reality, it doesn't meet the standard. The services provided, cleanliness, and the behavior of the staff were not up to expectations.

Throughout our stay our room was not cleaned, even though I tried to call every morning but if we go out they will not clean and when we return no one to come for the cleaning.

The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the pillows were stained.

The proximity to the Furniture Malls

It was not very clean especially the toilets. Also, after cleaning each day water & tea items were never replaced even asking from the reception. Finally, the room corridors & toilets didn't smell nice due some stench emanting from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is close to number of furniture malls.

Very poor hotel quality. One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Rooms are not clean, Air conditioners are weak making hotel hot during the day. All exhaust fans of the toilets are not working. It seems the hotel has some administrative or financial issues, it has very little stuff and it is due for renovation. Not recommend at all and don't be miss lead with the hotel pictures.

the building was new and i have a good view in front of mountian

not clean, there is strong smell of smoke and there is no exhaust in the washroom

location,

air conditioning not working,no hand wash liquid left, only 1 sleepers for all family, got kettle but no coffee, breakfast 7 o’clock but Turkish tea ready 7,40 ,

location near the furniture mall . friendly staff. good breakfast.

the staff can not speak English very well. very old hotel need renovation, toilets are leaking from roof and peeling. first night ac was not working they changed the room for us on request.

Only that it was spacious

Bad

Rooms were not clean, bathrooms, and AC not working

The staff was so helpful and the location was great.

The place was huge but outdated and forgotten. I feel sad for it I hope they put some TLC in it and I am sure it will be unforgettable.
