Royal Hotel Inegol

It’s clean and the staff was nice and the breakfast was great

Great position in a lively area in Inegol where you can have a safe walk till late at night; direct entrance from the parking. My room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

English was limited to reception staff.

The breakfast was delicious, service was excellent smile face all the time love it. Thanks for staff

Can't complain.

the air condition was very loud....when I asked them to find solution they said that this is the regular for them

It is located at a very happening place.

Slow Wi-Fi & single room key. Air conditioning not good.

Good

Extremely difficult to find the hotel , on a one way street which made it 10 times worse to find with a GPS unit

Staff: specially Ms Mehtap she’s always smiling and supporting us and also Mr. Hilmi always he try to help and support us and also he is always smiling.Location: in the center every things near to you like resturant, Supermarket, Coffee shop

We stayed one night in this location, in transit. There were two rooms for me and my family. Both rooms smelled strongly of tobacco. The smoke detectors in the rooms were covered with plastic foil. After driving 850 kilometres, I wanted to have a restful night, but it was not to be.

Horrible hotel … never seen anything dirty like this hotel . All the reviews on booking are fake there is no other way they rated 8.5

There is nothing to like … horribly dirty… can’t breath it all from smoke … please sent your people to check them . Please ban them so they can’t be listed on booking …

the breakfast is ok

the carpet in the room and the windows were very dirty

It is central and accessible wit helpful staff and a good breakfast

It was a bit noisy at night so couldn't leave the window open

very spacious, clean , comfortable , located near historical sites and heart of the shopping centre. massive car park backs into the hotel on level 3 and you just walk in and there is no charge for hotel customers. staff are also very friendly and helpful. nit to mention it was good value for money. will be back.

everything was superb

Location, staff behaviours, breakfast was excellent toilets were exceptional

Every thing was perfect

location near shops and restaurants. comfortable bed. free parking garage. quite room although window opened to a corridor. shower was large and good. For the price it was fair for a place to sleep and grab a bite for breakfast. but not a great place to enjoy a stay.

no control on a/c or fan so room was warm . smell. carpets were grayish didn’t feel clean.

Position, parking, staff and rooms

breakfast dining room wasn’t greatTerrible coffee

Very close to shops, shopping centres and restaurants. Staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

everything was superb and up to the mark. I could not take breakfast as I has to leave a bit early. I requested the receptionist to provide me with two boiled eggs in the morning if it is possible but they couldn't. Rest, everything was fine.

everything was great! tasty breakfast, polite and helpful staff and clean rooms

the only disadvantage was the noise at night. our room was on the inner side and there was a disturbing sound from the backyard. but the rest was super!
