The location of the hotel by the river was very good. The breakfast was good and the meals ordered on room service were also good. There was a mix of Thai and European dishes.
It was difficult to find a good eating place or cafe outside the hotel.The hotel could supply better coffee in the rooms - the standard 3-in-1 sachets would be okay.
My wife and I stayed there for 1 night stop over on a motorbike trip and really loved it. Very nice room, good food and a great pool directly at the Mekong.

Facilities and close to Indochina Market and also close to restaurants. Also they had a good breakfast and staffs in the restaurant.
After first day staying the digital key was not working to open the room door. They gave me a another key. It was hard to carry of it.

Lovely hotel awesome position on the Mekong easy access to the restaurants and bars.Kids loved the swimming pool Didn't have the breakfast as we where out early every morning
The hotel very nice the room we stayed in was very big and clean (corner room) this the 3rd time we have stayed here the staff are very good and friendly plenty of choice for breakfast
The pool was not open it was being renovated its a shame they not Tell us this we have a 11 year old who loves the pool as we stayed there for five days it was a big disappointment
Bed was good.
No check room before let the client checking in. My room’s lighting was of of order. They send worker to repair when we were in the room. And made dust and dirty. Until we asked for change the room. Finally we got changed room. Made inconvenient!!
Breakfast was very good, just missing bacon.

Location ,beautiful views. Quiet and very clean comfy rooms. Good location for local area. Easy to park, breakfast was good, had plenty of choice.
Front of house staff were found to be very inadequate, after asking several times for towels for the pool area and not receiving them for 25 minutes, asking (in fluent Thai) for an ashtray and not understanding, asking for drinks( in fluent Thai) and not receiving them. We had to go into the reception in our wet swimwear, to obtain towels. Drinks menu was extensive, but not a lot in stock. All in all, for a supposedly 4 star hotel, front of house could have been majorly improved.
The hotel is very well maintained, with friendly, helpful staff.The food was good, breakfast although limited compared to some hotels, was still fresh and enjoyable.The best feature is definitely the view across the Meekong river into Laos.All rooms face the river.I would definitely stay here again next year at Songkran!!!
