Great staff welcome. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great location next to river and market. Free parking. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee.

Staff, car park, ease of check-in, great bed, good internet. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The included breakfast was phenomenal. Breakfast was much more than just a continental breakfast.

The noise from an adjoining room. People were moving furniture around and there was loud music well after 11:00 pm. The music may have been from outside.

The room could be cleaner and the air conditioning was very noisy, we had to turn off at night to sleep.

Beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast room on the rooftop with expansive views. Staff very friendly. Family run who go out of their way. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Choices for eating out in the evening are limited, but local places can be found

The location, it really isnt in the best area now with building going on and nothing happening locally at night or at least the night we were there.

Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly, view from the room balcony across the Mekong to Laos, below was a street market. Great view of the town / river from the restuarant.

I suggest the hotel reviews its fire detection policy. Building is 6 stories high, fire detection / fighting equipment basic at the best. Currently dredging work is going on in the river, stone is bought ashore and used to form sea defences outside this hotel.

We liked everything from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff. The breakfast was excellent. The staff efficient and polite. Parking was safe and clean. A wonderful view over the river. Great bed. Quaint decor. Good bed and shower.

Noisy people having conversations in hotel corridors. What is wrong with these people? They have no idea if the other guests are still sleeping at any time of day or not. Save your talking for in your room or outside!

The room is big but too mush dust …. The sink area at the shower room was dirty and not recommend breakfast.
