It is a peppy little hotel. It's conveniently located next to a Big C hypermarket and shopping mall. The design work in the hotel is good. The shower was particularly effective with a rain shower head. I didn't have breakfast as I wanted to get an early start to go across the river to the Royal Thai Consulate for a new visa. I will stay there tomorrow night as well when I'm on my way back to my home in metro Bangkok. When I told the staff that it was imperative I get to the bus station for the bus to Lao, two of them went outside the hotel aiming to flag down any passing tuktuk or taxi. (That was at 6:45 a.m. The women working in reception are very friendly, but they don't really speak English.

There's no lift / elevator. The breakfast start starts inconveniently at 7 a.m. The mattress was a bit too soft, but that was a result of my sleeping on a rigid mattress at home which are the preferred type among the locals.

Hotel location right at heart of convenient for shopping and others place nearby with a driving distance to the riverside and visiting places.

Lack of friendly smile at the beginning, could approach the guest better. the front desk doesn't take much and don't really show the exciting when see us the first time.

The staff are very polite and welcoming. The room was a very nice size, very clean & the big bed, very very comfortable. Everything in the room worked fine without and problems including the mini refrigerator. I recommend this place and will probably stay again when up in that area. Brian J. Harp

this hotel has fantastic beds, shower and wifi. in morning great coffee and basic breakfast.for me all i need is here; just love this place

Coffee is great in morning. Breakfast simply but sufficient. The room spacious with good bed and great shower.

Not my first stay here: Rooms are very good, comfortable bed and good shower. Wifi good and sockets next to the bed to power up devices. Breakfast is focused on Thai but they have great coffee !!!! toast and jam available. Thai breakfast looks tasty. Having Big C next door is easy

As all the buildings in Thailand, you can hear people in corridors and hallways and if room adjacent or above is moving furniture (chair) you hear it..... but again this is in all standard hotels in Thailand. During night nice and quiet
