Very nice location clean friendly staff

Comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Freezing cold room and heating took all night to get the room 19 degrees celsius.

We didn’t check in because we have been told that veil is not allowed in the pool as one of the ladies was drowning because of it few months ago.An obvious discrimination from the hotel manager who was trying to impose his own rules.I really don’t recommend and not intending to check in any of Hilton branches anywhere due to such behaviour.

First of the all the staff of hotel was amazing so friendly and always keep you happy specially Mr Gruz, Mrs Iren from the reception and Mrs Grlin for the coffee shopand her colleague , the hotel verry clean and the location is excellent. Thank you guys you make my holiday perfect

Internet was slow and dropped off often.

The staff all of them are excellent and welloriented to customers svs.

The staff especially the bartender was verypleasant and happy to let you enjoy your use of the facility’s. Also front desk staffare very helpful and supportive. I haveto thank a housekeeper Ms Yassmenahwas very helpful and doing her best.

The Barkeeper Akin did a Great Job. He connected people and was a great Entertainer.

Rooms, breakfasts, staff at the reception, restaurant and housekeeping were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly.

For some rules that were not told to us, our children were not allowed to the swimming pool and spa on the second day. The first night we went altogether and everything was OK. Yes, our children are quite young but they already know how to swim and had special gear for swimming. We chose this hotel because of the indoor swimming pool.

The barkeeper really made my stay, he is truly in a league of his own, amazing service from day one!

The food and service from the rest of the crew left alot to be desired, not something you expect form any hilton branded hotel, even garden inn..

Wellness is terrible, on and off booking and no control. 2 persons booked Hamam but wellness lady suddenly get a cold and want us to change to massage instead, because she don't feel god. She didn't try anything just talk and talk. Very bad behave! She shod not treat guests like this and i'm very disappointed of her behavior

Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was ok. However, they did not accept the rates shown by Booking.com special rate offered to me for the breakfast (60 TL), and they charge me (180 TL) per person for the breakfast. I discussed this with the reception, and they confirm that they go only by Hilton rates and not by Booking.com rates.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the facility and the personnel are at a very descent level! enjoyed the spa and the massage! would recommend

got discriminated against for wearing modest swimwear, the staff lied and misbehaved with us.

we weren’t allowed to use the indoor pool ( as we were wearing modest swimwear, they said we can only enter in a bikini or one piece) by this one lady working in the indoor pool with no manners at all. but the reception staff allowed us so we went to use the outdoor pool, the lady from the indoor pool came there, forcefully took us out of the pool and misbehaved in front of other guests. At this point, we were ready to take a refund and go back home, the reception staff complied that time and agreed to it. We started packing to go back home and there! Reception staff starts their new drama as they don’t want to refund us, they lie to us, blame us and what not! the hotel manager was the one who was denying the refund. We left for home after such a bitter stay. For two weeks I had been after booking.com and in contact with the Hilton head quarters, where the manager and staff went on with more lying about our stay just to keep the money, after two weeks finally and loads of complaints we got the refund, if i had an option i would give this hotel a 0/10. do not recommend it to anyone.

kuflu peynir. mold on cheese. carsaflarda camasir kokusu vardi. bleach detergent smell on bed. kuvetde pis seyler cikti. the Jacuzzi was so dirty. i attached all photos.

There is a vast improvement in the following areas : staff, food, cleanliness, management and laundry.The staff is a lot more friendlier and they spoke better English, food quality was much better, housekeepers were doing such a great job to keep our room so clean and fresh, laundry service improved and the management was so great.People who really left great impression are : Dilan, Sude, Onur, Sena, Akin, Hafize, Gulin, Mourat, short blond girl that works at the reception in the gym/spa area and two tall guys with dark hair that were helping with luggages and making sure that public areas of hotel were nice and clean - unfortunately we didn’t get their names.

The Hotel management, staff, food and cleanliness has improved since few months ago. Sema and Hulya were always making sure that our room is clean and fresh? Breakfast was always yummy.

Location is not the best. Emergency exit gate outside of the building during fire alarm was locked, they should fix that.

Booking .com they include price of dinner but at site it was no choice and only what they will offer have to eat.you should not include dinner or you have to clarify it what we will get

the kitchen staff was accommodating daily to ensure we had breakfast and dinner that met dietary requirements

the gym was small, dark and poorly ventilated. the inside pool was not private as a view window was directly leading from the gym (where patrons faced while on treadmill) into the pool. How weird!the common areas were too hot! reception restaurant lobby boiling AC wasn’t consistent in the rooms. Shut off when the room was empty leaving hot room when we returned. fridge didn’t keep our items coldwould’ve been nice to have more visible vegan options on the menus
