Everything was perfect. I stayed for one night. If I knew the hotel this good I would booked it for more.

The maintenance were not available when needed for lighting issue

It was clean.

The property’s walls are really thin. You hear your neighbor all the time. No privacy. Not all the staff but most were rude.Although we reserved breakfast included room, staff kept asking if it was included or not.

Location was great. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Stayed here many times and it’s the best in Yalova. Don’t waste your time looking for another hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and the staff played a big part in that. I want to give a special mention to Ismail and Ercan for their exceptional service and professionalism. They were both incredibly helpful and made my stay much more comfortable. Their dedication and friendliness truly stood out

1. Location, Location, Location!Location is amazing. Close to everything we want to visit in Yalova. From what we saw, this was the closest hotel to everything that also has free parking included.2. As mentioned in point 1. Free parking service and vallet.3. Employees are the sweetest. Ervene Busa and the specially bell boy (name starts with an E but forgot his name unfortunately). They were very friendly and helpful whenever we requested anything. 4. Room is spacious, very clean and nice furniture.5. Breakfast has a good variety.6. Has a useful supermarket in the same building.7. Complimentary turkish bath and sauna. Although we did not get the chance to use it.

1. Price is a bit high, could be a bit cheaper.2. When we visited, the gym was closed for renovations and repairs which was unfortunate3. Such hotel with high class services would be elevated if it included a swimming pool as well.

The location is good.

The breakfast was horrible! Same food everyday and the test is very bad.

The stay at this hotel was special and we were given a free room upgrade. The staff is special and helpful and we thank them for what they provided us. The rating was on Google Maps. I will come back to you again. Thank you.

The place and terrace

We book terrace room and there is no chairs to enjoy the view and the weather and we book sea view but we just saw a roundabout

Their Laundry service was very bad I do not recommend it for any guest, they are using third party laundry I gave them four pieces to clean and iron, the next day the hotel received it back from the laundry they just put it in my room and when I came back shortly I found it covered by nylon but, when I opened it, it was wet and dirty, I was in shock and immidiately I complained to reception which they offered to investigate and said they can send it back to laundry but I have no time while next day I was checking out, the shocking thing it was when I was checking out they receptionist asked me to pay the laundry money and she claimed that the laundry denied their fault and the hotel beleive me amd to remove it from the system only the manager can do that but, the manager is off and she said that she cannot annoy him on his day off this why I have to pay for the clothes which is spoiled by their third party laundry. Unforetunately I have no time otherwise I would involved the police but I had plane to catch.I paid it but I made my mind that I will never stay at thay hotel again

Breakfast food varieties were great and the team serving the food was also superb especially their Manager.

I would suggest the room lighting could have been improved.

Incredible breakfast! Very good room. Small but cozy and absolutely clean sauna , beautiful hamam , it was so warm and nice to see hamam washcloths prepared for the guests !

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, kudos to Nurcan and Elif.
