The service is excellent. The staff is very attentive. The pool and spa were very clean. The rooms were very hygienic. The food is delicious. There are meals to suit every palate.

It was a great hotel—clean, comfortable, and equipped with excellent facilities.

The Hotel is very nicely designed with spacious rooms and a strategic location just at edge of the city center for about 10 mints drive, beautiful beach at 8 mints, thermal citations at 15 mints and the amazing cascades at 25-30 mints. They have a great choice of spa services and a swimming pool. And excellent staff. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back if I visit Turkey again.

We enjoyed so much the hotel location and the excellent staff support and services. Also, enjoyed the food provided for the breakfast. Thanks a lot for the hotel management and booking application as well.

The room was big, the indoor swimming pool was great, and the gym, lots of parking space, kofte from the restaurant was delicious

The flat screen is old type and can not connected to laptop and the internet was bad

+ Reciption provide help with arranging the driver to waterfall.+ Food is good breakfast and dinner. + Air conditioning is good.+ hot water in the bathroom is good.+Spa for ladies only with adequate Jakozy pool for ladies only

- I will never come again to this hotel. The Hotel is charging the stay per adult not per room even if you pay the breakfast per adult they have exta charge per adult. Even after the booking calling them they charge me 1800 AED extra. If you want to book this hotel check with them directly so they will not charge you more.- Very far from the city center no facilities around the hotel. Except one petrol station besides hotel. - All Balcony view is on village houses or street. The balcony is very near to each other as they are setting with us!- Swimming pool is small.- The mattress is not comfortable and the double bed doesn’t have double mattress. It is only two single mattress beside each it was uncomfortable.- The hotel is not providing tooth brush. Make sure take yours with you.- The service is very bad I requested towels 3 times and waited for the next day and did not receive them.- No bath robe provided.

I always drove by this hotel and wanted to try it because it looked so nice on the outside. And indeed we had a pleasant stay. Brandnew hotel with modern interior. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa area is clean and smells nicely. There is one mixed spa area women and men and a seperate one only for women with everything in it - heated pool, sauna, massage room, salt room, everything was neat and clean. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. We liked the food as well. We also visited the Yalova Thermal Baths, which is a sensational natural hot spring and is a 10-minute car ride away. We loved it. We will definitely come back every once in a while.

-It is bit strange that a spa hotel doesn’t provide bathrobes in the room - it is not convenient to change the clothes for massage and then back -Fixed in the wall shower head in the bathroom without a hose - this awful, extremely inconvenient US style I haven’t seen in Turkey before. Shower caps necessary for this type are not provided- it was very hot in the room and temperature regulation didn’t work

Wifi working with passport number was not ideal especially since if we were going out and coming back it was not automatically get connected , it was annoying to get your passport to get connected.The variety of breakfast was ok but asking for sunny side up egg was told it is extra.

6 of us stayed at this lovely hotel (including our 3 years old daughter) Nicely decorated, clean and friendly staff. We don't speak Turkish so we have relied a lot on the kindness of the receptionist. They have been nothing but the best. AZIZA and EMIR went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and all sort of things. Without us asking they actually managed to even negotiate a better price for taxi to go to Istanbul. Quality people, many thanks for everything!

Breakfast and Dinner was nice, the only criticism that the menu could change from day to day a bit more.

Location and the overall place are all good

The overall spirit of the workers is down. Except for the two young ladies who were cleaning our room in the last couple of days, the team seemed really unhappy. Welcoming, smiling for a guest, or even helping in taking luggage out during checkout were considered unnecessary luxury!The breakfast buffet used to be much better in the past.The overall management of the hotel is way worse than it used to be.

No connected room for family , the resturant breackfast need to improved more as the cafe next to the hotel beacuse the value of breackfast is high the variaty of food is poor , house keeping need to be more careful , some days they miss the towle in bath they miss the blanket , water supply which i order later and i paid for
