It was a nice hotel Clean? Yes

but you do not wish that they give you the back of the building rooms because of the night clubs nearby. And the hot water ends after 12 at nightI also asked for the room change but they didn’t accept my request

It is a rundown hotel which is next to a park /nightclub which is super noisy through the whole night with loud music and traffic. The room is full of mosquitoes as the doors are poorly fitted with large gaps between the door and the frame. The toilet flush was broken and the toilet seat was dirty and yellow stained.

The location in Booking and real location of hotel is absolutely different!!! Be careful, 50 minutes by foot nor booking nor hotel didn’t apologize for such mistake. Very close some club/bar something , till 2:00 pm load music. Very loud climate machine

Convenient location between the ferry terminal and town attractions and close to the shore. The hotel was comfortable and the price was reasonable for what was on offer.

The room was simple but clean. Although there was no cafe or restaurant at the hotel, there are plenty of options close by.

I liked the location- very close to the port tetminal and the shops. I liked breakfast on the terrase and friendly staff. There was a boiler and stuff to make your own tea or coffee downstairs

I would prefer to have a kettle and some tea stuff in the room. There was no toilet paper and only one set of towels provided for 2 people. I did not complain because I decided to manage with the towels provided so that less washing would be done. Less washing meansess harm to the environment.

location - was easy to access everything as property was located in the heart of city & everything was just around you.

Provision of a tea kettle & drinking water in the room would have been better than getting the drink & water from the reception area.

the whole building smells like an ashtray,gusts smoke and the hotel worker smoke everywhere, even the lady who is serving breakfast she was smoking while serving I’m not make this up , beds and mattress is for kids size and weight, very thin mattress and beating up .elevator doesn’t fit a wheelchair, btw no hotel is equipped with wheelchair facilities in all turkey

I did not know if there was a breakfast included with the room rate or not. it was not clear for us and there was no kettle in the room for a cafe or hot water.

Well the staff if very welcoming and friendly. They are always smiling and ready to help you. You even have free coffee and tea all day long. the location is perfect as it’s in the center of Yalova and you could walk around and find anything you want. the breakfast was fair enough compared to the price.

the property is quite old. i believe it requires some renovations and maintenance and the hotel could easily climb the stars and get to a 4 stars hotel.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff. Location was excellent. Very close to the ferry and the shopping area. Recommend to all travelers 100%.

bathroom leaks and has bad smell. Room service is below fair. Breakfast food that is left over from the people (olives, cheese, bread, slices of tomatoes and cucumbers are put back into the kitchen containers to be served again in the morning. that is not good at all.
