NAVAL HOTEL YALOVA

The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely helpful .

That there were stairs to get to the lobby. Very hard to carry luggage on the stairs. Elevator for a few floors only.

The hotel is a literal crumbling ruin. Don’t even think about staying here. On the bright side: it’s in a great location and offers a decent breakfast. But these positives don’t make up for the rest.

We booked a room with the mocking word 'deluxe' in its name. Reality showed walls with stained corners and black mold. Since we were only staying for one night, we decided to ignore it. In the evening, we discovered the toilet was clogged and unusable. They quickly moved us to a neighboring room—also with mold and stains. The toilet there worked but wobbled and leaked. We were too exhausted to complain, so we just spent the night and left as soon as possible. Either pigeons or seagulls live on the hotel’s roof, so with the first light of dawn, the noise of them moving around becomes unbearable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

The hotel was affordable, clean , the location was good , breakfast was good , staff were helpful if I’ll get back to yalova i will definitely stay there

I had a great stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Yalova. The location is absolutely perfect—very central and close to everything you might need. The room was great and has beautiful view. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yalova

The rooms were renovated and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food in the breakfast was fresh and sufficient. Since it was in the city center, everywhere was close.

They not speke any other lounges i stay for 6 nights brekfast same for the time i been there even i came to this hotel several time they not change to be better i feel sorry to book for this hotel even not one star hotel the empl are not profeshinal

the location was good

they dont have lift between ground floor and reception in first floor, I was in floor 5 but the lift only goes to floor 4

Broken toilet, not clean, 3 ripped beds, no privacy.

The staff members and the brakefast were all Good. Clean bed and excellent location. All staff members are helpfull. Even those who could not speak English, tried to use google translation. They are very helpfull

Water was not very hot.

The staff was professional, very comfy and clean suite, AC worked well as it was cold, sure would come again next travel. The kind staff accepted to keep my luggage after we checked out, as the flight was during midnight, 100% suggest it

My stay was good and the location was good too but they up grade thair breakfast and mr najmah was very helful person thanks to mr najmah

The location was good.

The mattress was cheap and old, My wife was walking on a crutch and the staff offered no assistance. Breakfast was very poor - non middle-eastern people generally don't want olives, tomato and cucumber in the morning and the eggs were inedible. Very expensive for what is provided. Noisy neighbours in the adjoining room.

The location of the hotel was very comfortable in the center of Yalova and the room we got was big.

First of all, the voice isolation was very terrible. The room next to us was separated just by one plastic. I think the 2 rooms were together before and they just divided it into 2 separate rooms. Because of this we could hear everything that the guests in the next room did(It was terrible to listen because of no privacy). When we asked the receptionist, we were told that there was a small facility room and none lived there. However, we could hear the people behind the plastic very clearly. Additionally, the windows of the room were broken. We would have been frozen if there was no Air Conditioning. Another very strange thing was the lock of the door. There was no lock in the door so they just put metallic locker next to the door (check the pictures). We were two people in the room but we got towels only for 1 person and they were not very clean.

Hotel in the center, clean, cute. When I arrived stuff gave me number earlier. Nice situated and good price. Thank you!

Everything was perfect in the room and hotel, apart from breakfast.
