Amazing team with great hospitality. The rooms were very clean, and Mr. Murat and his team were incredibly helpful. I recommend the Deluxe rooms for families.

There was a smell in the bathrooms, but it is acceptable for short stays.

A little bit away from center but views are stunning

Stay was amazing. Location is ideal away from the city yet not so far away, roughly about 15 mins ride. Staff were so kind and made us feel at home. Special recognition to Mr. Hakan.View was breathtaking from window and backyard terrace.Gas station right on the premises with a small shop for urgent groceries.

The massage and scrub experience in the hamam was incredible. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff was lovely and welcoming. The location is excellent as it is close to Istanbul and eastern part of the country where I spent most of my visit to this beautiful country.

Very disappointed from booking.com and the hotel

I've made my hotel reservation with this hotel on 03.01.25 for the 31.03.25 So my booking was almost 3 months in advance because I wanted to avoid bad surprises since we are a big group of 8 people with children! On 26.03.25, the hotel deducted the amount for our reservation and!!!! AND on 31.03.25, the day we were travelling, the hotel contacted me to inform me that they are fully booked!!! And THEY CANCELLED our reservation and transferred us to another hotel!!! This is so rude, especially since I put all my trust in you booking.com and this hotel that everything will be well organised. We arrived in Turkey at 1 a.m and I've told them we would arrive very late so please organise the bads and everything but nothing. We went to the new hotel they have transferred us to and nothing was ready, we are 8 people and they provided only 6 bads. I had to go back to reception and have a discussion with them!! They said we don't have extras bads and they had to look for extra beds, the kids were tired i was tired. Finally when we got everything done, I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water, but I was so tired of all this that I just took a cold shower by 10 degrees and went to bed.Everything was just tiring and so frustrating. I just wanted to have this trip well organised, and I've made my booking 3 months in advance!!!!, to avoid just things, but still, it was just a catastrophy. How can the hotel be fully booked, and I've made my reservation since January!!!! AND you deducted the reservation amount on 26.03.?!?!? You took my money and cancelled my reservation!!!!VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Very disappointing

The property offers several areas to dine and relax. The view from my room is amazing. But more importantly, it was the staff who made my stay truly exceptional. Thank you to Saja, who organized my day travels well, from transfers, meals and massages. Hakan, who welcomed me and made sure I reach the property safely, Murat, who always make sure I get the right food and drink, wherever I am in the property, whenever he sees me, he just brings over drinks. Cesur, who made sure I reach my destinations safely. Kaan, who made sure the food I was eating was healthy and delicious. Mehti, my buddy at night when I couldn’t sleep from Jetlag or from working remotely. Kadek for providing a really relaxing massage. Mehmet, Temur, who also always made sure I receive proper care, Nur, who also made sure my room is always clean and everyone else who are also working behind the scenes to ensure customer satisfaction. They all made me feel like i’m at home away from home. I had a wonderful and meaningful stay.

The traditional Turkish food was good, and the staff were mostly friendly and accommodating.

The room was outdated, cold, and had an unpleasant odor from the bathroom. Bugs were present, and there were issues with torn pillowcases. The remote location was inconvenient, and surrounding areas felt unsafe, with litter and stray dogs. The spa and massage services advertised were not available despite prior confirmation. The transfer service was unreliable, with delays in response and arrival.

There was nothing we disliked but, as Northern Europeans, the buffet breakfast was not what we were used to. However, as the hotel is not in a tourist area it's not surprising that it was traditionally Turkish. The food on offer was very fresh, there was a big choice and the bread was delicious!

It was one of the best hotel experience for me in Yalova. Room was clean and confortable, breakfast and dinner was delicious. The employees (especially the cute girl Saca, the receptiontionist) convert my ordinary trip to a real relaxing and satisfiying holiday. Thank you very much.
