Location and staff was wonderful

Air conditioner was so noisy and wasn’t working properly

The location is great, very well staff, fabolous breakfast

The rooms were with balcony and sea view. As it was October it was a bit chilly. I bet it will be great for summer. The staff was friendly. It is a great location if you are ttraveling by car as the place has parking space.

All staffs were kind and friendly. Breakfast was good and delicious. There is no car parking problem. Beach was awesome.

All furnitures are really old and worn. Especially bathroom is very old. There are too many old items for this price.

Staff and location

Dirty beach. Dirty pools. The hotel has seen too many summers without renovation, or at least our room has. Expensive food for its quality, you are better off eating at a restaurant in the city, both in terms of quality and price. Reduced food variety compared to 2024. The sheets were changed on the 6th day of our stay for the first time.

Staff is really helpful, location is great as it is near seaside, room is cozy, just needs a bit renewal (especially bathrooms), bed was comfortable, breakfast is not fancy but enough to start the day..

There should be more and effective showers and some chairs (for whom who can not sit or lay to the sun loungers) near seaside.. you have to go near pool to wash your feet or take shower before entering your room..

The hotel is very near to main walking way of the city so it is very easy to reach restaurants in the evening . The room and overall decoration in the hotel was very nice, felt very cosy. We made a request to the hotel and they helped immediately. The breakfast was so nice especially the pastries and cappucino were delicious. The staff was extremely helpful .The beach area is very calm, we liked the sea , it was not deep and very easy to swim. I would love to stay in this hotel again. Thanks for everything.

There is nothing I did not like

The staff was amazing. From the women that clean the rooms to the staff at the restaurant. Manole - the person at the buffet hall was the nicest person we ever met. He took care of us all - our little baby, and teenage girl :))) We had everything what we wish even before saying it. Also Ali was very, very nice and very professional. Best people ever. Also the pool life guard Villi. She was super super nice and lovely girl who took care us. Always smiling and helpful. We had a wonderful family holiday here. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. We would definitely recommend it.

The hotel’s location close to the city was very convenient, and waking up to the view of the sea each morning was truly amazing. The breakfast had plenty of options and tasted great.

Everything was perfect! We loved staying at Grecotel Egnatia. Firstly, location is amazing, close to everywhere and a lot of restaurants/cafes etc. There is a parking space of hotel, we didn't have any issues with that. We first booked for one night as a family of 4 (2 rooms with balcony), however we liked it so much that we asked if there is availability for the next night. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, they said there is a suite available for 4 people and they even showed us the room before booking. They carried our luggages next day while we waited for the check in time for the other room at the beach. The breakfast was very delicious, there were so many options. The beaches of the hotel and the pools are really nice, it is not a very crowded hotel as well which enhanced our experience. We loved everything they provided in the rooms (the bathrobes, the slippers etc.). The scenery of both rooms were amazing. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations, this was our first time here but won't be last, HIGHLY recommended :)

The internet in our first room was a bit slow but it was perfect when we switched the rooms. The bathroom door was problematic but we informed the reception as we were leaving and they told they'll check it.

The location is very good and the staff is very helpful.

I could not sleep at night because the airconditioner was too loud and there was no way to turn it off. The hotel and the rooms iare very old, needs renovation.

The location of the hotel was very central.

The breakfast and the beach did not live up to our expectations.

Great location with lots of programmes for children and adults. Private beach with free chairs and umbrellas, plenty of pools well maintained, including private. View from the room is great. Nice staff, helpfull, fast check in.

Sand quality is poor (dry plants, cigg butts, etc). Wi-fi very good outside but inside, no wi fi for three days (probably router down) in the respective building. In full season you may struggle with the parking - free but full.

Style, professionalism, decoration of the room and common areas. Almost everything was perfect.

The sea is murky There was a damp smell in bathroom.

Location was good, close to main shore surrounded with tavernas and also city centre. Breakfast was ok.

Facilities are very old, needs some improvement. Air conditioning was very bad, there was a horrible smell when we have entered our room. We first thought it was because of previous guest smoked inside the room, but then we realized the smell was coming from air condition. When we asked reception to change our room, their first reaction was to upgrade our room with an extra cost per night 70 eur which was the last room left at the hotel. After complaining and threating with commenting negative at booking.com, they accepted to upgrade us without charging extra. We did not like the preseditential suite, so we did not change our room. The beach seems neglected, we did not like the sea and shore, we didn’t swim there. It was not worth for money we paid.

Great location close to the center but at the same time isolated. Great value. Helpful staff. Good for family.

The beach wasn't clean enough but we've been there at the beginning of the season anyway
