The new rooms are good and its spacious its close to town could walk everywhere if you like walking

The rooms are comfortable but could be cleaner , the breakfast could be better specially i know that pastries are good in greece the croissants were very bad cheese choice little for the crowd in the breakfast room

Room is clean, location is good and staff is very kind. It is worth it definitely.

Excellent and varied breakfast. Superb location in walking distance to all of the action in the always lively city of Alexandroupolis. Stylish rooms. Big pool.

Pool-side service was slow and freddo coffee not up to Hellenic standards.

Breakfast was terrible , a lot of things but almost nothing ! Hotel seems to be full and 2 machine for coffee , 1 is out of order the other one half capacity working and 15 min waiting for 1 coffee ? This is normal for breakfast , u tell the problem to the stuff and they are looking to you ?

Booked a double bed, got two twins stuck together. Booked a room with a private pool, pool actually shared with the room on the right.

Close to sea (beachfront), breakfast buffet opens early at 07:00 till 10:30, comfortable and functional rooms having enough size, silent, clean sea and sea is sandy, good for families having kid, close to Alexandroupoli town by walk. Safe parking area for car. Good alternative for holiday, people living in Istanbul and Marmara region

We always stay in this hotel because of its location. We are able to stay in a resort facility in the city center. The breakfast was good. There was live music or DJ music every night around the pool area which was very fun.

This year the rooms and pool were less clean than the previous years. They are not vacuum cleaning the rooms. The pools were not clean, the water was blurry, we were not able to see the bottom. And there was not enough umbrellas around the pool area. There were very limited umbrellas :( 6 in total.

Spacious room providing both comfort and privacy for a family of 3. The breakfast was superb with a delicious open buffet. The beach is nice and closeby.

The pools looked not very clean. Noone from the group dared to swim in neither of them. To our surprise, they had a filthy looking color with dirt, leaves and branches from the trees floating on the surface. Also the delicious open buffet area was swarming with flies.

Great location, right by the beach. Beautiful lobby, good parking options.

Rooms were dusty and had some ants. It did not meet the expectations associated with a 5 star hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel twice in June 2025 with my family and friends. During our first visit, we encountered a few issues, but Mr. Panagiotis, the Rooms Division Manager, personally assured us that our next stay would be exceptional—and he absolutely delivered on that promise.Our second stay turned out to be one of the most memorable holidays we’ve ever had. Mr. Panagiotis generously upgraded our rooms, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team welcomed us and our friends with warmth and outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Ali, who took excellent care of us each morning at breakfast.We are truly grateful for the experience and will definitely return. Thank you all!

The location was great very closed to city center. Rooms were clean.Breakfast was good.Price was fair.

Air condition was not working. We stayed private pool room.Pool was dirty.Hotel pools were without water as if season was not started.

Friendly staff and clean and confort room.Food was excellent.

Accommodation was great, only we had an unpleasant event when my purse with documents and wallet disappeared from the room.Maybe someone went inside through the terrace door (we were in apartment with pool), but we didn't feel safe anymore.

The sea at the beach is not good. Pretty early closure of the beach and the facilities at the beach in september.

The architecture of the hotel complex was impressive and nice.

We stayed at the hotel in low season. The room needs some repairing and renewal.

Breakfast was generally good but not amazing. Staff was generally nice but not above-and-beyond.Cozy city and great eating spots, taking a bit of the sting out of the hotel experience.

a-la-carte restaurant menu is very bad and overpriced, extremely old and unmaintained rooms, many things broken (shower head, TV, phone, windows, lights, the list goes on), missing amenities, several complaints went unaddressed while the staff relied on us to lodge complaints for irregularities rather than inspecting the room prior to our check-in. I don't really blame the staff however, they are most likely overworked and underpaid and so they struggle to maintain a positive attitude with guests.Nevertheless, in no case did they act like a 5* hotel staff nor is the hotel anywhere close to 5 stars, based on my experience this can barely be called a 4 star hotel.

The location, service and the breakfast was good

Our room was really dirty with spider nets, hairs and bathtub was dirty.The elevator was not workingOur bedroom door’s lock was broken .We paid€480 which was too much for this kind of a room service.
