Hotel Alkyon

The hotel was very clean and the location was amazing. There is no parking lot but it is possible to find area to parking around.

Its location was good

There were no sea view in the room but it was mentioned that they had, room was smelling terrible because of the bathroom, i had asked for a double bed but they gave me two different beds, pillows were dirty, only good thing about it was the location.

The hotel was in a very good location. Very close (1 min) to several tavernas. 10-15 minute walk to the city center. The staff were friendly. The room had a very good refrigerator and a good balcony with the sea view

When we asked the hotel staff, whether parking in front of the hotel was ok they said yes. Next day we had a parking ticket, because parking was allowed on only one side of the street in front of the hotel. (Even though many Greek cars were parked also in the wrong side). I wish the hotel had told me that before.

We had chance to stay for one night. The location is amazing and the staff is really friendly. The utilities are enough and the room is really clean. We even had chance to stay in a room with sea view balcony. Will definitely choose Hotel Alykon again!

Shower a bit small

There was hot water and an elevator, wow what a luxury.

The picture of sea view in the room was misleading, I stayed only one night to sleep in the middle of a long tiring journey so did not argue with them. Other guests, likely planning to stay longer were complaining about this problem, so that was how they scam people obviously. I did write to Booking to inform them and booking customer service didn't even answer, which was another disappointment.The lady taking care of the hotel when I arrived could not speak English.The hotel is close to seaside restaurants, not the city center. And I did not like the attitude of restaurant staff.Everything in the room was damp. Yes they washed the bed sheet and towels but they were not dry! Luckily I had my own stuff with me and used them.The wifi was poor.Parking in the street was not possible for me (even though it was for some other customers), but the parking area next to the stadium was free and ok.AC was not working.The balcony was wet, there was water coming from somewhere.They didn't even inform me about breakfast, I definetely wouldn't eat anything there so I didn't ask.The hotel was expensive for such conditions, and was one of the worst I ever experienced.

The view was very perfect and price is good.

Room was not quite because of the bar next the hotel.

The location located close to the port facilitating quick access to the ferryboat, very kind staff. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment.

Lack of a minimum of cosmetic products in the bathroom (soap...etc)

There is a night club next to the hotel. The music was so loud, that it was impossible to sleep before 3 am. The room was small. It was a really bad choice for 60 euros per night.

We stayed 1 night. Great location just 5 minutes walking.

Hotel is a old building. Rooms need renovation. Streets around are closed to traffic at night, finding a parking spot not easy

Location is awesome

Beds were one of the worst I have ever seen. It was impossible to sleep not only because they were uncomfortable but the noise they were making because of springs being dead.

The hotel is at the center. Great location and great view. AC was perfectly working. A bit old facility and there was no flystop on the windows so we had to sleep with AC on.
