This is a great hotel in the center of the city. There is also and 24-hour reception, so probably it is ok to checkin after the indicated checkin hours. The hotel was nice and clean including the bathroom. The internet was reliable and worked well. It is a pitty that a nice four star hotel doesn't have its own private parking. The breakfast was good.

The hotel management has no information on how a hotel is run and they are quite rude. We made a reservation through Booking and the payment was received, they asked us to pay again while checking out. I showed the information that it was paid from the bank, I showed the invoice, they did not accept, moreover, they said that if you do not pay, I will call the police. I talked to Booking and the company said that the payment was made and I could leave the hotel without paying. An e-mail was sent and a phone call was sent to the hotel about the lack of payment by booking, but they still asked me for money and made me wait for 1 hour. Moreover, they say you can't get out of here and try to take note of my vehicle's license plate. Booking talked on the phone for 1 hour about the payment and they finally understood that the payment was made. They certainly do not know how to run a hotel. The breakfast is inadequate, the rooms are very old and smelly. Pretty neglected. The hotel is a very rude and disrespectful business. The old hotel owner was extremely rude and constantly asked us for money even though I paid.

It was a perfect one night stay for our family. Everything was clean and spotless. Cleanliness was very important for us, and we were happy that everything was so clean here. The shower was a little bit small, but the water pressure was amazing, so there was nothing to complain about. Staff were attentive, and the location was perfect! We found an amazing small Greek restaurant just a few minutes away from the hotel and ate the best food ever!.Will be returning back to this hotel on our next journey :)

Very noisy room, by adjacent rooms and the road just in front of hotel. The AC when switch on was heavily smelling of cigarets and Tabasco.

It was our second time staying in this amazing hotel.!The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the city and right next to the main square.The staff are amazing, friendly, genuine and very accommodating. Even sharing with us information about the history of the region.If you need any help they are always there. From ordering a taxi, to helping us to extend our stay in the hotel for an extra night.We would not hesitate to stay again.

Personnel friendly but rooms run down and traffic noise. We will not come back.

Pillows and beds were an absolute nightmare. The room was a bit neglected, the curtains were ripped.
