Location is perfect! You can see the hotel from the customs. Rooms are very comfortable and big.

Staff was mostly rude.Rooms were not clean enough.There was a lot of cigarette smoke in the casino, and the air conditioning was not sufficient.Despite being a five-star hotel, there was no kit in the bathroom containing cotton pads, cotton swabs, or other essential amenities.

An exceptional hotel and casino. We felt like movie stars.Upon arrival, you see an extraordinary building that actually doesn't look real but is like something out of a movie.The receptionist (Amra or something similar) is extremely friendly and despite the fact that there is no one else at the reception and many people need him, he provides us with all the necessary information with a smile on his face. It is because of such workers that people feel special and come back.The room was extremely tastefully decorated, huge and sterilely clean.The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is like from a magazine.The casino is large with lots of machines.We never waited for drinks and service.What surprised us the most was the incredible friendliness of all the employees, who really try to make you feel special. We were also surprised by the extremely good English of all the employees.We had breakfast and dinner. All the food was fresh and hot.We will definitely come back at the first opportunity.

Location perfect. food, cleaning, restaurant is great, breakfast is very various and fresh.

Male personnel in the Casino section are rough (those with white shirts). I'm not talking about the waiters.

Comfortable bed

We waited very long time at reception for check in, the reception seemed to prioritize registration of casino players rather than hotel guests, and the whole check in process took very long, we didn't get any information from them where the rooms were or where the breakfast was served. We had to walk throught the smoke covered casino with our suitcases to get to the lifts and breakfast was the worst I have ever experience. I would rate this hotel 3 stars at the most.

Clean comfy place just next to the boarder. Good place for rest in long trips.

The property is quite new and impressive. Live music was nice.

When I open the window, the noise from the air conditioning units are a bit disturbing. It would be better if they were placed in a soundproofing cabin. Addltionally, both the breakfast and dinner options are limited and quite mediocre in terms of taste. I observed that the number of staff serving on the casino side in the evenings is not enough and is often disrupted.

Room bathroom wasn’t clean. No towels and slippers at the room. Also we didn’t get any housekeeping during our stay.

I am a solo traveler and stayed 1 night at the hotel. Very clean, brand new, extremely comfortable and relaxing.

Breakfast was satisfactory however it can be extended to the quality level of the hotel; it needs upgrades.

The ventilation in the bathroom is not working

Casino’s staff was terrible. Never expect a place like Cyprus casinos.

Hotel side was very good. Brand new and clean. I recommend only for stay, for casino, no.

All of the food was amazing, there were plenty of options and all were freshly made, loved the breakfasts too, along with the snack bar.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would rate most aspects a perfect 10. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance was exactly what I was looking for in a 5-star experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the location was ideal. Despite some minor communication challenges, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would consider returning.

I had a great stay overall and would rate everything a 10, but I'm giving the staff a 9 due to some communication challenges. No one spoke English or Bulgaria (hotel is in Bulgaria at the border), which made it difficult to get essential information like restaurant timings, directions, and casino access. Additionally, there was no sign for the hotel itself, only for the casino, which made it hard to find and resulted in me carrying my luggage across the property.

It is new and has beautiful rooms

It felt like a prison in a way. When we went down for breakfast they question you for what room you're in. When leaving and going back to our room they asked to see our passports and were not very friendly about it. just always felt on edge when leaving the room. A very tense feeling and not welcoming and relaxing

The hotel left a great impression. Spacious rooms with huge beds and exceptionally comfortable pillows. Excellent soundproofing ensures a restful stay.There’s everything for entertainment: a gym, a playroom for kids, and a PlayStation for teens. The restaurant offers a delicious and varied buffet.

However, it’s important to note that this is still a casino hotel. Unfortunately, there’s a strong smell of cigarettes throughout the reception area and, to some extent, in the restaurant as well.

The room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. The selection for breakfast was diverce with options that catered to every taste. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The staff were very hospitable, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, and caters for Turkish people. It is a great place to stay after crossing the border into Bulgaria.
