Pros +
- The location, the beach, the pool, the room, the view from the room. Majority of the food was great. The woman at the pizza shack was fantastic. We also liked (guy) at the buffet. The water was super blue and the hotel was clean.
Cons -
- Most of the staff was very unfriendly. They seemed miserable and annoyed when you asked for anything. Not very outgoing or courteous. The pool bar didn't have soda for 3 out of the 4 days we were there.
