It was far from the city center, no restaurant operating in the hotel or around it, but its only 15 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast could be better.

Staff was friendly and we had a working AC and a dehumidifier unit in our room. I liked the shampoo and shower gel they provided.

It was difficult to communicate with the employees because of language barriers (Chinese staff), but they did try their best. The hotel is located by the water but everything around was closed or private households. The breakfast was quite lacking and after trying it, we ended up going somewhere else - could not even vouch for their coffee. Showering was a bit annoying as there was nowhere to place the shower head near the tub and it was impossible to not get water everywhere.

The staff in this hotel were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Grace in particular at the front desk helped with many arrangements. It is not clear why they did not have more guests as everything was good and the rooms all have a nice bay view. They have free parking right at the hotel. And the hotel pricing is fair. I looked at he other top end hotels in the town and one were quite a bit pricier. the other about the same.

The breakfast is the only thing I thing that could be improved as it was a little sparse for a 4 star hotel. I understand that there were few guests staying and they likely didn't want to waste food. When they heard I was vegetarian, however, they immediately adapted the menu which was nice of them.

Quiet great view of T-dock cove. Bathroom was clean and worked great. Amenities include toothbrush/toothpaste. Soap, shampoo and conditioner. Comb and super quiet vortex dryer with cold button was great.

Low water pressure on hot water. Bathroom had wall of glass see through window. Why?The bath/shower has no seal so showering splashes water all over the floor.

Hotel is clean, the beds are firm, breakfast wwas a good spread of Chinese and western choices. Enjoyed the bath tub in my room and had great water views.

Would have been nice to have English channels on TV. There's a nice spot to watch the sunrise and sunset at the end of the road, but there are some scary barking dogs you have to pass.

The views from our room was amazing, and the room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I loved that they encouraged us to refill our water bottles — and provided the water jugs to do so.

All the Guys of reception were kindly, helpful and polite. A special mention for Miss Flora and Mr Christian ! Very kind and available the staff of the rooms, gave us all the items we need more ( chair and pillows ).Good room face to the sea. Free parking.

The breakfast. Poor. Always the same food.2 days we were alone and no breakfast served. Only few things we asked. No sweeties. Absolutely to improve !!!Unfortunately no lift ! Only stairs !

We had a little mishap with the bathroom door lock, but it was addressed and fixed very quickly.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Location allowed walking to town. Neighborhood more local than touristy and we felt safe.

Despite the other previous reviews we were surprised at how close this hotel was to the Main Street. We also didn’t experience any issues with the dogs around the area. We could park our car at the hotel and the beds and AC were great quality.

The biggest issue was the shower. It was a bath with a hand held shower but if you put it in the holder the entire bathroom would fill with water. It created a mess each night we had to shower. The breakfast is forgettable however we do understand it may not be easy or cost-effective to source a wide range of breakfast items. The coffee and iced tea was great. A little more fruit would be appreciate. A few minor issues with the wifi but it did keep us connected for a majority of our stay (barring one night).

The room is spacious and clean. The balcony is huge with nice seaview. The restaurant has very good seaview and the breakfast is good. The staffs are helpful.

The room is extremly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.

The wifi is not great, the description of the hotel facilities are interesting as we couldn‘t find the garden, and the bar is basically the breakfast room.

It said it was close to the airport and it was 30min away with a taxi which I had to pay when it was advertised as a shuttle.

First day no hot water in the morning shower. Complained about it and was told the “sun wasn’t big enough “ meaning it’s solar heated so you aren’t getting a hot shower in the morning. After we complained there was more hot water so obviously they have a powered heating system they were just trying to save money and not turn it on. The toilet makes a godawful noise when you flush it. Roosters crowed all night every night keeping us awake. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Stay elsewhere is my recommendation.
