Pros +
- Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed balcony. Staff great!
- Location is central, room is comfortable.
- The workers where really helpful. Clarisa from the front desk was outstanding: always with a smile, helping with all the arrangements.
Cons -
- A couple allowed their 3 young children to run wild throughout facility, in restaurant, elevators (they ran into me on two different occasions,), in the pool, all unsupervised and staff did not say anything.
- Food isn't great, the breakfast buffet caters only to asian palates and the hot food was cold despite being kept in a warmer. The bar closes earlier than stated hours, and God only knows where the spa was-never found it.The shower was challenging. Kept turning off and having no water randomly. The bed was hard, like sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor. Might suit some people.
- The breakfast was too asiatic

The breakfast was too asiatic
The rooms were clean, spacious, with balconies and sea view. The staff were very helpful
Breakfast oriented mostly towards Chinese guests
Very clear and comfortable. Close to downtown with easy access to stores and restaurants. The staff went way above normal to accommodate our short stay.
Great friendly staff.
I came for vacation to wake up and enjoy leisure time to wake up and go to sleep when I wanted. The restaurant is closed after 9 AM and nothing is opening until 12. Lunchroom cafe closes 1:30 and nothing to eat if you come back from an outing after that time. No exceptions. The same for after dinner. If you arrive from the airport late at night you starve till morning. Definitely not a vacation resort.
Great staff
The restaurant is closed after breakfast, lunch and dinners. We cannot eat or order in between. There is no place to eat or drink if we are not in those time frames. The owners of the hotel should consider the fact that we arrive after 10 pm on a long flight and should have 24 hour service if some kind.
Avoid!!! Tourist trap, old stinky hotel
We didn’t like loud road and noise from auto repair shop in front of the hotel. This hotel is not waterfront it’s noisy and old. If you looking for comfort avoid this place
Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia.Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
Convenient, comfortable, alert and helpful, kind staff.
it's closed at the town
Thing's getting weird , cause this property allowed private detect to spy it's customer.
Spacious rooms, great location in the center of Koror. The ocean view was particularly nice, as was the balcony. Nice pool area and good breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
The bathroom needs a little update.
The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, always happy.
The beds were very very hard, not comfortable. Some of the hotel is starting to look quite tired and need some work.
The first room had and incredible strong smell of humidity, the transferred us to a better room which had much less smell.
Half of the hotel was shutdown, rooms had a strong smell of humidity. Hotel is a old, needs some renovation.
Superb
We asked about a late checkout on day 2 of our stay but even though the hotel was clearly under 50% full we were told they couldn’t tell us about late checkout until the day we were leaving. Clearly a company policy but rather odd.
View from room was great . Staff were wonderful and close to many restaurants and two good grocery stores.
Breakfast was Acceptable but would have liked an egg station. Bathtub was slippery .I am currently staying at Paradise Resort Club which is more expensive and vastly inferior. Will complete review when I leave here. Wish I had stayed at Palasia again
Rooms pretty Clean, The location was important as it rained a lot
No hot water, switch too far from beds
Nice property recently reopened post-Covid. Very helpful staff found a snorkeling tour for me. Free shuttle will meet your flight and bring you baxj to the airport.
very helpful staff at the front desk in regards of tours (diving / snorkeling / kayak / car rental).
the breakfast restaurant was closed so the “buffet” breakfast was served in the cafe/bar and consisted of three choices where you had to chose between coffee / tea / juice
Staff was very efficient and friendly. The hotel is comfortable and has an excellent view
Breakfast was poor. They should have local fruit and not imported fruit. There were no fresh coconuts or fresh fruit juices at the bar, despite the abundance of these in the islands
